Ciao Carretería 69 — Restaurant in Málaga

Our waiter was very polite and welcoming but the good news stops there. Despite having made a reservation for dinner we were told that the cook would not arrive for another 40 minutes. My friends ordered pizza, which was available. I am gluten free and was told GF pasta was available. When the pizzas came, the waiter then said that pasta was not available because the cook had still not arrived. I ordered a salad and some potato crisps, which I was assured was possible. Ten minutes later we asked the waiter when my salad would be ready, only to be told that it was not possible. The waiter also mixed up our original drinks order. We had tickets for a concert so had to leave. I bought some crisps in the supermarket in lieu of dinner. The waiter did take one of the pizzas off the bill but had to be asked to remove the non-existant salad from the bill. A lovely setting let down by really poor service. Other poor reviews lead me to believe that this is a management issue, rather than a problem with...

I can beat the last record of waiting 1 hour for pizza, I waited more than 3 hours!! It's the best pizza in Malaga but don't order takeaway, especially if your girlfriend is diabetic like mine, or it probably won't arrive before she dies.

I ended up being forced to walk several kilometers around Malaga to find out which of their chain restaurants actually makes the takeaway pizza, being sent by managers from one branch to another, all whilst my girlfriend was in a diabetic coma at home at midnight on Saturday after ordering late afternoon.

In the end I did get my pizza, but was forced to pay full price, and didn't even get an apology. I was simply told I must have given the wrong address even though they've delivered to my place...

Waited 1 hour for pizza . Asked several times if they would hurry. In the end I had to get it to take away. And when i finally got it the egg on the pizza was COMPLETELY RAW so I went in again and asked if they could please bake it a bit longer and the waiter said in an unpleasant way that yes they could. When I then got it back the egg was just as raw as earlier but they had burned the yalk with a creme brulee burner .... so i gave up and scraped the raw egg off...
