Hamburguesa Nostra — Restaurant in Málaga

An absolute disgrace of a restaurant. Easily the worst dining experience I’ve ever had in Málaga — maybe anywhere. We waited 45+ minutes while several tables that ordered after us were served immediately. When we asked about our food, the waitress had the audacity to offer us the bill before we had even received anything. No apology, no explanation, just rudeness and indifference.

When the food finally arrived it was wrong. I ordered chicken and got beef. After pointing it out, the waitress tried to take my whole plate away — including the fries I was already eating — instead of just fixing the burger. Minutes later she brought it back, but it was the exact same burger with only the patty swapped. It still had bacon scraps stuck on it and even the same broken bread I had left earlier. Absolutely revolting, completely unhygienic, and proof they don’t care at all about their customers.

The service is incompetent, the staff are careless, the food handling is unacceptable, and the prices are ridiculous for what you get. Shame on this place. Avoid at all costs — Málaga has far better options than this embarrassment of...

So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Das Essen war ekelhaft. Die Kellnerin war frech und konnte nicht rechnen. Es begann damit, dass wir einen Burger bestellten, der medium gebraten sein sollte. Er kam jedoch roh an (siehe Foto). Als wir uns beschwerten, wollte uns die Kellnerin erklären, was "medium" bedeutet, obwohl sie offensichtlich keine Ahnung davon hatte. So viel zum Thema Kundenzufriedenheit.

Als wir den Burger zurückbekamen, wiederholte sich das gleiche Spiel erneut. Übrigens bekamen wir keinen frischen Burger; der ursprüngliche wurde immer wieder mit denselben Zutaten neu zusammengebastelt. Beim letzten Mal hatte die Köchin, die gleichzeitig auch Kellnerin war, das Patty komplett durchgebraten.

Wir bestellten noch einen Brownie. Dieser hatte jedoch nichts mit einem Brownie zu tun, sondern ähnelte eher einem Stein. Abschließend hat sich das Personal noch einmal blamiert: Wir bekamen einfach 10 Euro zu wenig Wechselgeld zurück. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Die Rechnung war ebenfalls nicht korrekt, es wurde uns genau ein Burger um 83€ verrechnet.Bitte vermeidet dieses Lokal, so gut es geht. Man merkt das die Mitarbeiter keine Ahnung haben was sie...
