GRANIER — Restaurant in Málaga

We visited as a family of four for lunch yesterday. Staying above a Granier store in Fuengirola, we had expectations of the food served and its quality. There was a much more limited choice and no hot drinks available as someone was working on their machine. My husbands sandwich was good, as was my pastry but both teens got pizza slice which was just ok. I went to another local restaurant and got a takeaway coffee to have with my food at an outside table. Once outside we noticed how dirty all the eating area was. Very convenient for a quick bite before taking the tour bus, lots of choices and big outdoor seating area. Service is a bit slow because only one member of staff struggling to cope with morning rush.

Mi reseña es para el Granier de Armengual de la Mota 1 ( en frente del Corte Inglés)

El jueves visité este local ; hice un pedido de dos cafés y una tarta red velvet ; cuando probé la tarta estaba seca , dura y el bizcocho sin sabor ,por lo que avisamos a la regente del local ; la mujer se puso histérica , empezó a chillar diciendo que estaba mintiendo , que la tarta estaba jugosa ;Cogió una cuchara y mientras deshacía la tarta le decía a otro cliente (gritando y haciendo que mirase todo el local )que si eso para él estaba seco ( una situación bastante incómoda ) propuse cambiar la tarta o que me devolviera el dinero y me negó ambas propuestas; Decía que ella perdía dinero haciendo eso y se negó… no volvería a ese local ni loca ; pésimo servicio en todos los aspectos ; Atención nefasta ,deplorable ,el producto de malísima calidad y caro (me cobran casi 9€ por la tarta y los dos cafés ) y tengo que quedarme sin tarta por estar en mal estado y sintiéndome estafada porque no se me ofrece ninguna solución .
