The food was delicious, made with fresh ingredients, and the portion sizes were reasonable.
However, the service left much to be desired. We ordered fish with salads but were served fish with potatoes instead. It also took a long time to receive our meals, and the staff seemed disorganized, often needing reminders. The wine tasted old, as if the bottle had been open for some time, and we weren’t given the opportunity to taste it beforehand. Additionally, we were charged for two glasses of wine but only received one.
The restaurant itself wasn’t particularly clean or well-organized, and the glasses and plates appeared quite worn. During our visit, another customer was also engaged in a loud discussion with the staff about their dissatisfaction.
Overall, it’s an acceptable place to eat if you keep your expectations low. It’s a bit overpriced for...
Read moreTwo waiters, one owner screaming at one of them for a while in a foreign language (non-spanish). The place was not busy, but waiters seemed to work as if the place was crowded. They took 30 minutes to bring a drink and ran out of the main dish within one hour of starting serving lunch at 1:30pm. I would not recommend this place based on my experience. Service is mighty slow, the owner behind the bar is unprofessional to his employee/coworker. It was uncomfortable to witness all the unjustified screaming. The other waiter broke a glass while taking drinks to a table. You can feel the stress in the restaurant. It looks unorganized as they ran out quickly of the most popular dish within 60 minutes of starting serving lunch. Skip this place, there many other within one minute with far better service...
Read moreIf you're a foreigner, definitely avoid this place. As a Brit who doesn't speak Spanish, I've never come across such a place in Spain before. If you don't speak Spanish, you'll be taken advantage of. I ordered three items from the menu. What ended up on the bill was different; one item was more expensive, and another was a larger size than what I ordered. Only one item was correct out of the three. We asked for beers and were served without olives, but when local customers arrived, their beers came with olives. Reading other reviews, it seems like a regular practice to treat tourists this way. It's really upsetting. The food wasn't good either. I felt queasy...
