Things got off to a very poor start, we were shown to an inside table, then when one became available offered one in the very pleasant outside courtyard, as we started to move our things the head waiter sprinted across the restaurant and started shouting that we could not move. It was extremely rude on his part and highly unsettling for us. He was then informed by a more senior staff member that we had been invited to move tables, no apology from him. We then chose the tasting menu, it was not all to my tastes, too many contrasting flavours which did not always sit well between each course, this is however personal choice. The final course, a mango gel covered white chocolate panacotta in a M shape provided the final unpleasant incident. Within the dessert I found a hard spiky piece of wood about 1cm long, luckily I managed to remove it from my mouth before it did any damage. We pointed this out to the waiter , he then consulted with the head waiter, he came to our table to explain it was the end of a stick that they used with in glazing process of the dessert, it had broken and the tip been left in the dessert. No apology was given, no question asked as to whether I had hurt my mouth on the stick, just the fact of how it got there! We were not seeking anything from this other than an apology and we didn,t even get that! Very...

Typical Andalucian dishes re-imagined. Decent prices, good wine list (not overpriced). My top favorite was "Boquerones au vinaigre" (depicted). That simple dish, but with modern twist, was just fantastic. Also the goat cannelloni - a signature dish - was very good (even if the sauce felt a bit "over the top", with a trace of "stock fond").

Also, make sure you don't miss their cocktails - - the "Malaga Thai" (a Mai Thai twist), served smoked, was a unique experience.

The only tiny minus was that food talrsy quite a long time to arrive, so plan your meal accordingly. Also, our waitress missed one dish - but wasn't a big thing: we were already full, and she was really, really sorry about it, kept apologizing when she discovered that, so we all just laughed the matter off.

A most excellent restaurant in the center of Malaga, not to miss. Make sure you book in advance, it's in high demand - and rightfully so.

Sadly came during the quiet time between lunch and dinner, which is apparently not when they're at their best. The menu link sent me an error, so I had to ask the waiter to see his phone. I was particularly interested in good cocktails - the reason I chose the establishment - so I felt that it was important to know the options. On looking back, this may have annoyed the servers, being forced to show me the menu, which is only available in digital format. The drink I ordered (Meditarreneo) sounded like it would be well-balanced but instead came out much sweeter than expected. The particular insult came as I realised that out of all the clients, I was not offered olives to accompany my drink, and despite telling me that there was no way to make any food, 2 other tables were eating. Some may shrug this off as "lost in translation", but it seems like an unfortunate experience for an otherwise...

Had a lovely dinner here on a sleepy Monday night. We particularly enjoyed the sautéed vegetables, the cannelloni, and the desserts (sponge cake and chocolates). Honestly the desserts were the highlight of the meal. The bread was also very tasty. A warning for folks—the carrot soup is really more of a seafood soup, it tastes like what I would call “ocean brine.” I actually loved the cockles in the briny soup and I usually don’t like clams served cold at all. But the soup itself should be more of a garnish than a soup… No idea who’s going to be able to eat more than a couple bites of that! Also a note for the restaurant—we were seated at a table by the back wall that was extremely brightly lit. In particular the strip lighting near the floor bothered my partner throughout the dinner. Perhaps remove a few lights? Never met a restaurant that needed any white lights whatsoever :)

We absolutely loved the place. They have a nice interior and yard with lights and a very nice atmosphere. We took the tasting menu, and every dish was nicely explained by a waiter with all the details of how it was prepared and where the ingredients came from, each exquisitely presented. We instantly fell in love with the simple homemade bread with olive oil and Himalayan salt combination that tasted just like fried eggs. Everything from the starters to the three desserts that we had was absolutely divine we had some wine to pair it with and the cook was nice enough to prepare a replacement course for someone in the group with an allergy. Definitely an experience that needs to be repeated and I totally recommend.
