Restaurante Roof top AC Hotel — Restaurant in Málaga

If I could give it no stars I would. While the place has a nice view that is about all that is worth the stars I’m giving.

First we arrived and I was told to sit down at a table, a waiter would come to take my order. I waited, about 20 mins and no one stopped by our table. I walked up to the bar to order our drinks, found a table, all is well.

After we finished our first round of drinks, we waited about 30 mins for a waiter to come by no one did. They were busy, starting the late evening rush, our waiter never showed even though we watched him serving other tables within our vicinity. I went back to the bar to order more drinks. The bartender told me I needed to go back to my table, a waiter would come by - he never did. I stayed at the bar to order my drinks - glad I did. We sat for a total of 3 hrs and our waiter never showed. Even as I am typing this I am sitting with empty drinks and a waiter who just looks at our direction but never serves us. Was a very nice place few years ago. Nice view and good drink, not that expensive, BUT it changes, sadly. There's a doorman at the reception,(went more than one time this week, this guy is definitely not happy😏, very rude) , you have to pay 10€ to get to the rooftop(including one drink so, ok for the price) BUT again, you don't know if there's any place to sit up there. Went on weekend. Impossible to get a chair/table. Have to stay up to drink. Not even close to the nice view cause so many people was there. Like a club but in the day? For people who just want to enjoy a drink with a nice view. Not terrible. Price are a bit higher than before, but still average! The view is there, but can't enjoy it. Maybe try it during the week if you want more space ( and a table). You don't feel very welcome to take your time, drink and get out, then somebody else can come and drink...

An absolute gem with breathtaking views and outstanding service! We had the most wonderful experience at the rooftop restaurant of AC Hotels in Málaga. From the moment we arrived, the staff were nothing short of exceptional — incredibly kind, genuinely helpful, and super welcoming. Every interaction with the team felt warm and sincere, making us feel right at home.
