For our last night in Madrid, the boyfriend has had enough ham already (I didnt!) and so we wanted something different. Saw this from one of the posts about their beef noodles and thought to come check it out!

Surely enough it did not disappoint. We went on a Sunday night just before they close at around 10pm so a lot of what we wanted to order was out already, which is a bummer for us but a great sign for them coz I suppose they dont keep stock for long and business must also be good.

The broth for the beef noodles was rich and flavourful (I got to order their last bowl!). They did the best with what local ingredients available to them.

The classic bao was an explosion of flavors with crushed peanuts and pickles.

The dry noodles with satay sauce and pork was great how it had the sauce hanging on the noodles.

The sweet lady gave us some treats when we paid as well which was made with matcha and some mochi like goodness with cranberries, which was very tasty!

It was an all and all wonderful experience with authentic...

Strange ramen and bao experience - both were sweet. Ordered the regular pork belly option and bao had sugary peanuts in them (when I say "sugary", I mean they are literally coated in sugar crystals, not coated in caramel like honey roasted peanuts). To add to this, bun was soggy/almost wet on the bottom and broke in half immediately making it a messy experience. 4.5 euros for one bao of this quality is expensive. On top of this, I ordered the coconut/shrimp "Laksa" ramen (as they didn't have the fish or duck ramen - I came right at opening for lunch) which was also sweet (I mean really) and with the shrimp having the shell still on, I had to dig into the shell bit by bit to produce the shrimp meat. Also a very messy and unappetizing experience. Overall surprised this place is so...

We ordered vegan ramen and a veggie bao. The waitress was pretty rude to everybody, we were shocked by that. We ended up ordering it to go and when she said it was ready we asked about the bao and she just said it was not available. We don't think they put the tofu in the soup (we really looked for it but not even a tiny piece). The broth was quite tasty though, and the couple veggies in it too. The noodles were fine. Too bad they didn't treat people better because it would be quite a good spot. Also we were waiting past 7:30 pm and they were not open yet so we went somewhere else to wait. We came back around 8 and they said it was totally full and we'd have to wait quite a bit. Quite confusing too because when we asked about the opening time they...

Had an incredible lunch here today after having been recommended this place. We had the dim sum with beef which was so tender, juicy and flavourful, and the marinated bok choi which was salty and surprisingly good. We also ordered two baos: the teriyaki chicken and the classic, both of which were great. I especially liked the peanuts on the classic with the pork. Finally we each had a ramen: the coconut milk with shrimp (very flavourful and delicious) and the chicken kimchi (great as well). We had 2 Asian beers and our total was less than 45€. Will def return and recommend this place to others who are looking for great, flavourful food with reasonable prices and friendly waitstaff.
