LA VEGGIE: This was a VERY GOOD burger, the fries also. BUT I think it Is going to be more interesting for those who really miss the taste of meat or who are doing the transition from meat lovers to a vegetarian lifestyle. The server was explaining that it is a vegan burger based on lentils and other grains, a very good quality one thought. It was light to my stomach so I believe it is. However he doesn’t know what do they do to make it taste like that. I know that after more than 20 years of being a vegetarian, meat taste is not sth I really miss. In fact, I don’t try at all to find this taste in my vegetarian cuisine or preferences … so yes, good option if u want to have a little “remembering “ or just looking a way to support your old habits… if not… order sth else like the nachos. Terrible experience :( Waited around 30 minutes for a cheeseburger even though I was the only customer there. They had been open for an hour prior, but I could see and hear the cook was cleaning/mopping and not sure what else at the same time as cooking. Same with the cashier - both just seemed like they really didn't care about what they are doing or the outcome.

When it came, the burger was a just bland piece of really tastelss undercooked meat (i had asked for medium) with a piece of melted cheese on top, no flavor (or effort or love) put in. The bread was dry. The fries were also tasteless. I left after having 2 bites and a few fries. It's the only time in my life I didn't finish a burger, I'm not picky at all. 🍔I had the Japo burger with the vegan patty. It came with fries. The mayo isn't vegan. I didn't ask if any of the other sauces they had were but you can always squirt on some ketchup or mustard... The black garlic gives the burger a lovely sweet touch. I think it would have been better if they had mashed it up a little instead of putting the whole clove in as that way you would be able to taste it throughout the whole burger. The bun wasn't the regular type you get at most places, I'm not sure how to describe it but it was great! The meal also came with a drink.
