A Perfect Stay at Radisson Blu Prado Madrid – Every Detail Exceeded Expectations From the moment I arrived at Radisson Blu Prado Madrid, I knew I was in for an exceptional experience. This hotel is truly superior in every aspect, from the impeccable service to the beautifully designed interiors, creating a stay that was both luxurious and deeply comfortable. Flawless Reception and Service One of the standout aspects of my visit was the outstanding service provided by the reception staff. From check-in to check-out, every interaction was marked by warmth, professionalism, and a genuine eagerness to assist. The team made sure I felt welcomed and valued, offering recommendations, ensuring my requests were met promptly, and always greeting me with a smile. Their attention to detail and personalized approach made a world of difference, setting a high standard for hospitality. Elegant and Thoughtfully Designed Interiors The design and ambiance of the hotel perfectly blend modern sophistication with classic elegance. The lobby and common areas are beautifully decorated, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere. Every space feels carefully curated, from the stylish furnishings to the ambient lighting that enhances the overall experience. The rooms are equally impressive, featuring chic decor, plush bedding, and a calming color scheme that immediately put me at ease. The comfort of the room was unparalleled, with high-quality linens, a well-designed workspace, and a luxurious bathroom stocked with premium amenities. The attention to small details—such as perfectly arranged toiletries, a well-stocked minibar, and thoughtful touches like welcome notes and complimentary refreshments—made the stay even more special. Prime Location – A Perfect Base for Exploring Madrid The location of Radisson Blu Prado Madrid is simply unbeatable. Nestled in the heart of Madrid, it offers easy access to some of the city’s most iconic attractions. Just a short walk away, I found myself at the famous Prado Museum, the stunning Retiro Park, and the charming Barrio de Las Letras, known for its literary history and vibrant cafés. Whether I was exploring the city or enjoying a quiet evening stroll, the hotel’s central yet peaceful location was perfect. Dining Experience – Exquisite Breakfast and On-Site Offerings Breakfast at the hotel was a delightful culinary experience. The variety of options, from freshly baked pastries to healthy fruit selections and gourmet hot dishes, was outstanding. Every item was of the highest quality, and the staff ensured that everything was replenished and presented beautifully. The hotel’s on-site dining options were equally impressive. The bar and restaurant offered a great selection of drinks and dishes, with an ambiance that was both relaxed and refined. The service here was just as exceptional as throughout the rest of the hotel. Attention to Every Small Detail What truly sets Radisson Blu Prado Madrid apart is the way they anticipate guests’ needs before they even have to ask. The small, thoughtful details—like the turndown service, perfectly set room temperature, carefully selected in-room amenities, and high-speed WiFi that never faltered—made all the difference. The hotel has mastered the art of making guests feel pampered without overwhelming them. A Hotel Worth Returning To Every aspect of my stay at Radisson Blu Prado Madrid was flawless. The combination of impeccable service, stylish comfort, a perfect location, and unmatched attention to detail makes this hotel one of the finest choices in Madrid. Whether for business or leisure, I would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and seamless stay in the city.

Pros: Location near El Prado museum, on a closed for traffic road (only taxis were allowed) Located between Parque del retiro (10 min walk eastward) and Puerta del Sol (15 walk westward, uphill) It is located in the "Barrio de las Letras" of Madrid, It is a refurbished old building that is incredibly quiet and, weirdest, it smelled nice. Not clean, flowery, but like sandalwood smell. Incredibly trendy, well appointed with WiFi and staff was Incredible. Really quiet and it gets dark Room service was spectacularly complacent ( I ordered breakfast at 2pm, due to jet lag, yet there it was) Cons: It will feel cramped at first due to not so obvious closet We did not have sheets, it was either very hot when we were covered with the comforter, and then cold after we removed it. I have to admit it felt weird, but I should have asked and not assume it was normal.

Perfect location! If you are a lover of art, staying in this hotel which is decorated with replicas of Prado most famous paintings, is part of the art emerging experience. It is in the heart of golden triangle, few steps from all the three museums. I loved the chic style of the hotel, and admire the signature design touches that add to the atmosphere. With its warm colors, carpet, wood, and heating, found it ideal for winter booking. Very comfortable bed, coffee machine and complimentary refill of water, generous selection of coffee capsules, tea, hot chocolate etc. I was offered free upgrade, when I reported to the receptionist that I didn’t like my single- guest room upon arrival. Very nice cooperative staff. Providing small kit of covid protection items in the room was a nice gesture. Note that Spa is under reconstruction currently.

Hola,

As a VIP member at Radisson Blu, I have come to expect a consistent level of service due to my frequent business trips. Unfortunately, my experience at the Radisson Blu Prado fell short in some areas.

While I did receive a room upgrade, it was only to a Premium room. We had called three days in advance to request a suite, as the rooms at this location are notably small. Upon arrival, the Premium room was still quite limited in size, which was disappointing given our prior efforts to secure a more comfortable space.

Regarding luggage assistance, Khalid was professional and courteous, asking if we would like our baggage delivered to the room upon check-in. However, during checkout, no similar assistance was offered.

It was also a mistake on my part to book this property instead of the Radisson Red, as the Prado location lacks a gym and does not include spa facilities. This makes it less appealing for an extended stay, especially given the relatively small rooms and limited amenities.

On a positive note, the hygiene standards were excellent, as I have come to expect from all Radisson properties. Cleanliness is consistently a strength of the brand.

However, the service at this location felt inadequate. For instance, given that VIP members have their arrival day flagged, it would make sense to ensure a second staff member is present at reception, especially in a busy area like central Madrid. During my stay, only one person was available at reception, which resulted in delays. The advertised 24-hour service and priority access for VIP members felt more like an empty promise.

As for breakfast, the à la carte options were exceptional and a highlight of the stay. However, the quality of the hot drinks was subpar, which detracted from an otherwise enjoyable experience.

In summary, while the cleanliness and breakfast were commendable, the small rooms, limited facilities, and inconsistent service made this stay less enjoyable compared to other Radisson...

If we could give more than 5 stars, we absolutely would!

From the moment we stepped through the door, we felt like we had come home. This beautiful boutique hotel, just a stone’s throw from the iconic El Prado Museum, is nestled in one of Madrid’s most charming neighborhoods. The location is unbeatable—but it’s everything else that truly makes this place exceptional.

Our room was stunning—elegantly decorated, immaculately clean, and filled with the freshest scent that instantly lifted our spirits. From our French balconies, we overlooked the quaint little plaza below—a perfect spot to people-watch and soak in the atmosphere. The windows are soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful night’s rest on what must be some of the most comfortable beds we’ve ever experienced. Truly, a dream.

But what sets this hotel apart is its team. You quickly realize that this is more than just a group of colleagues—it feels like a family, and they welcome you into it with open arms. Sofia and Wendy at the front desk were absolute stars—warm, thoughtful, and genuinely eager to help with anything we needed. Khalid and Aron seemed to read our minds, always one step ahead, making everything feel effortless. Leticia started our morning with sunshine and smiles, and Bea in the kitchen—what a talent! You can taste the love in every dish she prepares.

And behind it all, the heart of the operation: GM Anna. We had the pleasure of meeting her, and it all made sense. She embodies everything that hospitality should be—kindness, elegance, and a true passion for service. No wonder the entire team glows with happiness. It’s contagious.

This is more than just a place to stay—it’s a place to feel cared for, inspired, and at peace. We will return again and again. For us, there’s no other...
