Bodegas Rivas — Restaurant in Madrid

Awful experience and service. We book and our table wasn’t ready when we arrived. Then we order and the food came before the drinks. Then I had to get up to ask for the drinks and I got a somewhat rude “we are working on it”. Then after another 5 minutes of having our food on the table and no drink. Went again to our waiter to ask for water , to get a “ask at the bar” as an answer. Then I asked at the bar, and while her co-worker was filling a bottle, she came with one herself. A total mess. Horrible customer approach and it also seems that the chemistry of the staff is non-existent.
