AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! HYGIENE LEVEL 0! We ordered Cesar salad, coffees and a coke. My friend found a curly ginger hair that she started pulling from the bottom of the plate. I told her wait let me call the waiter. I called the waiter explaining him in Spanish what we found and showed him- we pulled the whole hair in front of him . The hair was curly ginger hair. He started arguing with us that this hair was my friends hair ( she has straight white hair that was tied in a ponytail) we continued arguing with him that this is not her hair. He was being rude and extremely entitled, not apologising ,not offering to change the salad and not offering any sort of compensation for this! Instead he kept on blaming us evene though clearly the hair was completely different than any of our hair. We asked for the Bill and said we don't want to pay for the salad (the salad was not eaten even half way through!) It was not for the money but he could act in a normal civilised way, but no - he chose violence and being rude! I even insisted on checking up the cameras- he refused! He took the full payment and left without any apology! Avoid this place, we've been to many places and never had any problems or such a disgusting service and most importantly attitude towards us! Absolutely DISGUSTING!!!!!!! Avoid this place...
Read moreI was passing through because i have a job to do near there .
we enter for a little coffee around 10am and there was a very attentive waitress.
The place is very nice and is decorated with spanish style with bulls. Very traditional.
I came back there at 3pm and the waitress was still there. When we came back anptjet time for a few beers at 11pm the woman was still there. We asked her if she had a split shift and we were shock when she said no. And she confess us that she barely had 15 minutes to eat during this crazy shift!!!!!
Is it that we are crazy??
As far as I know, slavery was abolished in Spain years ago. It is inhuman for a person to work more than 14 hours a day like that.
It may be a tourist place and the food is good, but treat your staff like this? Hire another waiter.
Then the hotel industry complains that they can't find waiters. What a shame!!!!!
The cherry on the cake was that in the morning a Coke was 3 euros and at night...
