Carlos will be more han happy to tell youl the names of different Spanish cofee styles along with recomendations of what and where to eat around Madrid.
I had a Spanish Omelet and a cecina empanada (goat cheese creamy filling) and a "Corto de Cafe" (more milk than cofee as Carlos explained) were delicious. They offer lactose-free or Soy milk.

Read moreWe came here for breakfast on the last two days of our week in Spain. We had by far the best breakfasts of our holiday there. The choice and quality was excellent, traditional tostadas, bollerias and croissants or more alternative choices like Greek yoghurt and granola, tostadas with smoked salmon or avocado.
