I have been going to this place for 15 years, and I always liked it. I'm posting today about it as I came this evening thinking it might be the last time: it had been doing downhill for some time. Experience tonight reminded me why I always liked to come...it is a safe value and everyone likes safe values.
The place is nice. Specially if you seat on the side protected terrace where you can seat all year long. I also like it inside in winter. The products. Its all about the products for a seafood place and between the anchors, the carabineros ans the turbot...perfect The service. Nothing to say, fast, nice, friendly.
I can't help thinking there's been a bit of a refresh to the place, new energy, perfect products, high-end staff, and a a newly done menu.
Yes, I will come again for the next 15 years.
Edited 1 hour later: crunchy vegetables with the turbot, good smelling bathrooms...all good really, don't understand why not overbooked (although place probable been sized after it's golden age, and although not back yet, we all have to help them...

If you’re thinking you are going to get away without paying for it, you better go to a Burger King… Guys, this quality doesn’t happen often. This place has the fresh, most delicious sea food and fish you can get around the city. The selection is carefully taken care of to deliver first class products on your table. And that has a price. I don’t get some of the reviews here complaining about the price. You pay for what you get. And you get the best products. Less is more here. There’s no fancy sauces hiding the lack of flavor that you get in other places. It’s basic products with the full flavor and some olive oil that accentuates the original flavor of the food. Nothing more needed. Will be back, totally recommended and totally deserves 5...

I was having lunch on the terrace of the restaurant "El Telegrafo", when the roof of the restaurant unexpectedly fell on the table on which I was sitting ... see attached photos.
The physical damage was very severe and it has been almost 1 year; and the only response that I have received has been NEGATIVE, on the part of the Oter Group, as of its Insurance to cover any compensation.
It is outrageous that a "restaurant establishment" does not have the infrastructure or can guarantee its consumers any type of security.
More outrageous is that knowing what happened decide to evade responsibility.
The only compensation was a free meal ...
