Gandhi Grill House — Restaurant in Madrid

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant. Firstly, the dishes served did not match the descriptions on the menu. To make matters worse, the food we ordered was not what we received. When we brought this to the staff’s attention, they offered vague excuses instead of providing a clear explanation or taking responsibility for the mistake. The issue didn’t end there. When it was time to settle the bill, we were charged more than the correct amount, and once again, the staff gave excuses or false explanations rather than addressing the error directly. This level of service is unacceptable, and I cannot recommend this restaurant to others. Desde que entras a Gandhi Grill House, sabes que vas a a estar agusto. El ambiente es acogedor y el servicio es de los que no apabullan, siempre atentos y con una sonrisa. Pero lo mejor viene cuando te entregan la carta y lees los "Enterentes". Sí, sí, entrantes, pero con un giro inesperado, porque aquí hasta la carta tiene personalidad. 😆

Los platos llegan bien servidos, con el picante en su punto (pica medio es pica la ostia), y cada bocado es una explosión de especias que te transporta directamente a la India. El equilibrio entre texturas y aromas está muy bien logrado, y las porciones son generosas.
