Heladería Tithos — Restaurant in Madrid

The entrance floor was dirty and unkept, which was already not a good sign. The ice creams were left uncovered and looked low quality, with way too many flavors just for the sake of variety. I asked for a small cone with vanilla and Oreo — it was barely eatable, and the cone itself was so bad that I had to throw it away. Later I even felt a bit of stomach ache. The ambience was chaotic, crowded, and unclean, definitely not worth the wait. The only positive was that the staff were friendly, but overall I wouldn’t go back...

Visitamos esta heladería en Madrid el sábado 31 de julio de 2025, a las 20:20 h, y desde que entramos, todo fue impecable: el local estaba limpio, bien ventilado y con una decoración cuidada. Aunque había bastante gente, el servicio fue rápido, amable y muy atento.

Probamos varios sabores pistacho, dulce de leche, mango y stracciatella y todos tenían una textura cremosa y un sabor natural. Se nota que son helados artesanales de verdad, sin excesos de azúcar ni sabores artificiales. El pistacho, en particular, nos encantó.

Preguntamos por opciones sin gluten y el personal nos atendió con claridad y transparencia. Nos explicaron qué sabores eran aptos y advirtieron sobre posibles trazas por el proceso de elaboración. Ese tipo de honestidad da mucha confianza, especialmente para quienes tienen intolerancias o son celíacos.

Un detalle que valoramos mucho: ofrecían pequeñas muestras para ayudarte a decidir antes de comprar, algo que no es tan habitual.

El ambiente era muy agradable, con familias, parejas y turistas disfrutando del momento. Además, abren todos los días hasta tarde, ideal para una escapada veraniega.

En resumen: helados artesanales y granizados de gran calidad, excelente atención y buenas opciones para quienes buscan productos sin gluten. Recomendadísima si estás en Madrid. Sin duda, volveremos.

I recently tried the pistachio and wow, I’m blown away! The texture was smooth and creamy, with the perfect balance of nuttiness and sweetness. The pistachio flavor wasn’t too overpowering, but just the right amount of richness to make every bite heavenly. It was so fresh, I could taste the real pistachios in there — not just a generic nutty flavor.
