HUNDRED — Restaurant in Madrid

Overrated burgers, we had two and we did not find anything special about them. They were good but not really wow, I’ve had many many better burgers. The burger is also small, and very oily, heavy. The sauces are bit boring, there’s no vegetable inside which we were missing. The fries are tasty but again very fat and oily which caused us stomach ache afterwards. Also there’s no choice of sauce for the fries only ketchup and mayonnaise which is bit boring. There’s no option to add/ switch something in your burger we wanted to add caramelized onion, but it was not possible. Stuff don’t speak English at all, so you can not get relevant help even tho they try their best, which I find very poor in Madrid (all other restaurants we went to, they spoke English). The restaurant is very stylish, nice and quiet which I appreciate, but the booking system is not the best, since we barely could get in because it was fully booked but there were 60-70% of the capacity free. I don’t know how this is supposed to be the best burger, it’s all just marketing. The decor is fun and it’s all clean but the men’s toilet was not accessible. Obviously we didn’t expect a fine dinning service but the bare minimum is acknowledging new customers and a simple “hello, I’ll be there with you shortly” is more than enough and understandable, but being completely ignored for 5 minutes in a half empty restaurant is not the best first impression. The QR menu doesn’t work properly, the beer was lukewarm and the burgers were just bad. The paddies fell apart, medium was rare and rare was raw and cold but somehow grey and steamed at the bottom, which is actually kind of impressive if you think about it. Some burgers were insanely salty and the others so sweet they burned your throat. The turrón the foie was none existent and the store bought fries were soggy. Very disappointing because the menu sounds nice, with fun and creative names, the location is cool and the price is totally fair. Please train your staff or pay them enough so they care...

Amazing burgers – seriously, some of the best I’ve ever had! The quality of the meat and the mix of ingredients was spot on.

📍The Venue: The place has a super cozy vibe, kind of like a stylish home. It’s decorated with all kinds of sports memorabilia and has seating for both small and larger groups, which is nice.

🍔What we ordered:

Singular Burger: Loved it! The meat was delicious, super juicy, and the BBQ sauce was nice and subtle.

Satisfaction Burger: Also great! The sauce added a really nice flavor.

Fries with pork: Tasty combo – good balance of flavors.

🙋The Service: The waitress gave us a few recommendations, which was helpful, but she came off a bit indifferent overall. Not rude, just not super warm.
