This business does not welcome tourist or any person that’s not Spanish. Racist is to say the least. This experience happened around 11pm on Oct 16th, 2023. We checked Google and restaurant states they close at mid night. We walked in and saw a couple of ladies sitting outside and one large group sitting inside. We walked in, waited about 5 min, a young male came out. We tried asking him for a table or if they are still serving in English + little Spanish we know. He quickly gave us an attitude saying in Spanish "that kitchen is closed". Before we can even started speaking again, he moved on to help the Spanish speaker behind us. The lady behind us felt so bad for us, she offered to translate for us because she saw exactly what happened. By that time, we felt very awkward and left.

Service was 0/5. We had to get our own silverware and napkins and plates. They forgot our drinks for nearly 20 minutes. they didnt clear our plates after each course. My friend wandered into the bar area in between courses (to get our napkins and plates) but also to see what was going on... the service staff was just on their phones, totally oblivious to what was going on at all the tables.
Prices for Madrid and the amount of food we are were extremely reasonable. I actually recommend going if you can tolerate the weird service. Or... try to do takeaway and then you dont have to worry about the...

Es usted, como hace también en su respuesta, el que tiene ciertas ínfulas de grandeza; y sobre todo le falta el respeto a su cliente. No relleno usted los datos que corresponden al restaurante, ni se molestó, en la hoja de reclamación. No le interesaba en absoluto. He trabajado de camarero muchos años. Y con personas como usted, uno comprende porque hay restaurantes que funcionan y otros que no.
Hice una reserva a través del tenedor con un 30% de descuento. Cuando fui a pagar no se me respetó el descuento. El trato del encargado fue de un maleducado total. Incluso agresivo. Decía que las quejas al tenedor. Como si la app del tenedor les abonase a ellos el descuento. Ridículo. Lo que hacen es poner la oferta, la limitan a un número de personas y el resto seguimos picando con la oferta, pero cuando vas a pagar te llevas una sorpresa en la cuenta. Es impresentable. Una estafa en toda regla. Recomiendo no ir a este restaurante. Por suerte en Madrid tenemos una excelente variedad de restaurantes peruanos. Pido la hoja de reclamaciones y el encargado no me facilitó los datos del restaurante que a él le correspondía rellenar. Hay personas que la educación la pierden por completo con sus acciones.
