Cute small Andalusian place with delicious food and friendly staff. We ate the Molletes de Pringá, which were divine. The only issue is the heat, but I think most restaurants and public indoor places in Madrid have the same problem of not being able to keep up with the summer heat.

Great small place. Wine was $3 a glass. The same wine would be $20+ a glass in the US. We probably ordered to much as we did not know the system. Very enjoyable overall. I recommend the mushrooms. The lamb brain was also cooked perfectly.

Fui buscando callos y me sorprendieron las berenjenas 🍆 rebozadas, recién cortadas, pero muy dulces. Es un bar castizo con cocina muy tradicional, tapas y raciones en barra o en algunas mesas. Ideal para zambullirse en el Madrid castizo y disfrutar de su cocina. Por cierto, no ponen tapa con la consumición de cerveza, a diferencia de lo normal en Madrid, que se sirve una tapa gratis co la la bebida. La cerveza a 3 euros es bastante abusiva para este local.

Fui buscando callos y me sorprendieron las berenjenas 🍆 rebozadas, recién cortadas, pero muy dulces. Es un bar castizo con cocina muy tradicional, tapas y raciones en barra o en algunas mesas. Ideal para zambullirse en el Madrid castizo y disfrutar de su cocina. Por cierto, no ponen tapa con la consumición de cerveza, a diferencia de lo normal en Madrid, que se sirve una tapa gratis co la la bebida. La cerveza a 3 euros es bastante abusiva para este local.
