NACHA — Restaurant in Madrid

This Argentinian fusion restaurant is housed in a converted traditional tavern. While the décor retains the simplicity of the original space, it also has a unique charm. The staff is welcoming and provides service in both Spanish and English. However, due to the limited space, the tables are small, and the seating can feel a bit cramped.

We ordered tartar de gambas, setas, molleja, limón, ojo de bife, chimi, and patatas fritas con ajo y perejil, all of which were excellent. My favorites were the tartar de gambas and ojo de bife—the shrimp tartare was fresh and flavorful, while the steak ranked among my top five across all the restaurants I've visited so far. It had a perfect chew and a wonderful aroma from the marbling. To end the meal, we shared a flan de dulce de leche for dessert. The total cost, including drinks, was around 92 EUR.

Overall, the food quality was outstanding, and the lively atmosphere made it a great spot for gathering with friends. I recently had the pleasure of dining at Nacha, and it was an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. The ambiance is cozy yet sophisticated, making it perfect for both intimate dinners and group gatherings.

The menu offers a diverse range of options, and everything we tried was bursting with flavor. The Entraña was a standout—perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. You can tell the chefs here take great pride in the quality of the ingredients and the care they put into every dish.

What also sets this restaurant apart is the attention to detail. The staff is incredibly attentive without being intrusive, and they went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable evening.

Nacha is an absolute gem in Madrid. The food was 10/10, creative yet simple, with a clear focus on top-quality ingredients and stunning presentation.

The mix of Argentinian and European flavors felt unique and refined, unlike anything I’ve tried elsewhere. It was hands down the best meal of my three-week trip through Europe.

The ambience is excellent: intimate, with an antique yet modern style and perfect acoustics that make the experience even more enjoyable.

Service was outstanding; the staff were warm, welcoming, and made thoughtful recommendations that elevated the whole meal.

I loved it so much I came back the very next night, and if I lived in or visited Madrid again, I’d happily return a hundred times more.
