No. Ordered through justeat for food to be delivered at 21.30...

Sms at 21.17 that the food has left the restaurant.

Messaged just eat at 21.52 asking where the food is. ... We'ed had the same he same experience ordering at five guys with justeat. They said we should call the restaurant.

Called the restaurant, they said it was justeat's responsibility. The food had left at the right time and they were surprised it hadn't arrived yet. They contacted the delivery guy and said it would arrive in 16 min.

Wrote to justeat again at 22.30, (1hr after food should have arrived). They said sorry and to wait.

22.43 food arrived. Delivery guy said not his fault and that he doesn't even work for justeat.

Food was cold, obviously and not that great... Obviously, it had been on the streets for over an hour.

NUGU BURGER 📍DÓNDE: Calle de Atocha, 115 🍽 CRÍTICA: Si te apetece burger pero buscas algo diferente, esta es una excelente opción. Con un local muy amplio y muy tranquilo, ubicado en plena calle Atocha, el servicio es muy rápido y su personal muy amable.

Todo lo que probamos nos gustó mucho. Las Nugus son sus joyas de la corona, pero ojito a los Rolls que tampoco se quedan atrás.

En esta ocasión probamos: -Bacon cheese fries 007 (5,99€): Patatas fritas finas, virutas de bacon, queso cheddar y salsa secreta 007. Muy buena relación calidad precio, destacamos sin duda de ellas su salsa secreta. Es espectacular. -Nugu Not Tipico (14,99€): Carne de añojo o pollo, pico de gallo, cebolla crujiente, queso Monterey Jack y crema de aguacate Nugu. Una Nugu edición limitada, en colaboración con @tipitent, que nos ha encantado. Nosotros elegimos la carne de añojo al punto, se nota de muy buena calidad. La crema de aguacate muy rica también. La masa que la recubre es una masa de pan crujiente hecha al momento a golpe de horno. Al hacerla en el horno, todos los ingredientes se fusionan y queda un concepto de Burger muy rico. -Korean Rehab (14,99€): Pollo a la parrilla con bacon, sofrito de salsa kimchee, cebolla roja y queso cheddar. El roll también nos gustó mucho. La cebolla está bien crujiente, el queso Cheddar y la salsa le dan un toque muy especial y la carne de pollo está muy bien preparada. Viene acompañado de patatas fritas y una salsa. -Shake Oreo (6,99€): y de postre, este batido de oreo coronado con nata. Tanto la textura como el sabor nos gustaron mucho. Muy bueno y fresquito. Tienes más sabores a elegir, como brownie, vainilla, galleta…

Además, para probarlas, también pedimos salsas extras (2,40€ todas): Barbacoa, kimchi mayo, mayo cítrica y ketchup. Nos fliparon la kimchi y la mayo. Viene bastante bien de cantidad. ⚠️ A DESTACAR: Tienen otro local en Chamberí. 💳 PRECIO MEDIO: 25€ por persona 🏆 PUNTUACIÓN: 9 📸 iPhone 11 Pro Max
