The meat is incredibly tender and flavorful, so I highly recommend ordering it medium rare. Simply pair it with a small amount of the mineral salt provided by the restaurant, and you'll experience its exceptional taste!

This new restaurant, at the time of this comment, is both beautifully decorated and a really good place to have fine asian cuisine and good wine or cocktails. You can relax at the bar with friends or book a table at the restaurant upstairs and downstairs as a couple or big groups. The staff ans owner are very kind and it feels like they want you to have the best time possible, which I did, twice :-). Tenía muchas expectativas sobre este restaurante (buenas criricas, página web trabajada, buen aspecto...) sin embargo todas se esfumaron en la cena de ayer.

Primera hora del servicio de cena, local de aspecto impecable, mesas con brasas...la cosa prometía. Sin embargo desde el comienzo ya empezó a torcerse. Al ir al elegir la bebida nos traen la carta de vinos y nos indican que no tienen ningún blanco (¿ninguno de unos quince?...podría entender la falta de alguno, pero todos..., lo achacan a problema con suministradores), elegimos un tinto y menú de degustación en el que primaba la carne sobre el pescado. Se hace esperar unos 20 minutos en salir de cocina el primer pase, suponemos que por la elaboración, pero nada más lejos de la realidad...YA QUE LA CARNE LA HACES TU EN LAS BRASAS DE LA MESA. La materia prima es exquisita aunque un tanto escasa, con el resto de los pases ocurre exactamente lo mismo, y el único que está cocinado tiene el arroz duro.

Le preguntamos al personal que atendía la sala si tenían algún problema en cocina, salimos con frecuencia a comer/cenar de restaurante y esto era la primera vez que nos pasaba, nos comentó que se había ido en bloque el equipo de cocina y solo estaba una persona haciéndolo todo (me imagino la presión sobre es@ pobre).

Resumiendo, una pena, espero que solucionen pronto sus problemas de personal y suministradores, porque el sitio promete y es original, si lo ocurrido ayer fue algo singular lo más sensato hubiera sido cancelar las reservas y suspender el servicio de cena hasta que todo hubiera sido solucionado, de esa forma hubieran evitado valoraciones como esta que, casi podría asegurar, no será la única de ayer.
