Avoid this place. I had a ticket for the observation deck at 12:30 on 30 November 2024. It was a total rip-off. Please don’t waste your time on it. I waited in line outside the building for a long time, which resulted in my ticket being invalidated later on. So I never got to go up to the tower. I was first told about this by a rude guy at the tower gate when he denied me access. After I had waited additionally outside the gate. Then he talked about some fine-print about a 40 minutes window. I still haven’t found that text. Same goes for the young woman I talked with downstairs. No refund. No excuses....

Such an experience. Madrid is beautiful as it can gets, but looking the city from the top is such a memory. Entrance is 3€ and get to the top of the Cibeles Palace. You take as much time as you need, but if you go in the afternoon as I did make sure you get before 2 pm because they close 2-4 pm. Although I was short on time I was able to take several pictures and enjoy the view for good 15 minutes. So, if you are in Madrid and want to see the city in a different prospective,...

A nice romantic spot to watch the sunset as you glance a 360 view of the city from a historic building. Access is not free, but also not expensive. You can get up there for 3€ for a limited timeframe indicated when purchase a pass at the lobby. Handicap access available, but stair access is a good workout too. Nice and friendly staff. Another observation deck in the floor below where you can pay 10€ for a drink and comfortable sitting.

Stunning view at night with a pink highlight as well. The view does not disappoint! Nearby is a fountain, and a short walk away is the Gran Via. We only had the opportunity to view Cibeles at night, but I cannot tell you how many pictures I took. Really cool. In the daytime, you can pay 3-Euro to go up to an observation deck for a good view of the city, but at the time of our visit to Madrid, we just didn't have the chance.
