What a beautiful & delicious surprise! I took a chance even if the photos didn’t look like my usual style because the 4.9 review status isn’t so common with all the competition of vegan places in Madrid. I am blown away by the care and intentionality in the ingredients, composition, preparation. This is the first non Asian food place that has ever reminded me of the dedication to simplicity & flavor that I encountered in small vegan restaurants while living in Japan 9 years ago. You can taste the work and love (and quality) that goes into each dish. I'm sorry for this rate, but I wish to be honest with all vegetarian/vegan communities like me. This place is OPEN counter type and situated in the middle of the MEAT market around just 4 meters away from all sides! This is unacceptable if we are taking deep layers of vegetarian lifestyle about energy and vibration of meal and cooking space. Not only is the food amazing, the chef is such a great person. We went for lunch and got the squash with salsa verde and the artichokes. It was so good that we went back a couple of days later to get it as a takeaway. The chef is such a cool person. We’re not Spanish and we went over to the next stall to just get some olives.
