Sala Villanos — Attraction in Madrid

We went there on Friday for a “queer” event. Firstly, it wasn’t queer. There were some queers there, but also a lot of their regular straight crowd. Also, the female manager was going around telling all the queers to put their t-shirts on. Honestly, don’t put on a queer event if you don’t want a few shirtless guys. It’s part of the culture and part of the vibe and party. She then spent the whole night patrolling the crowd and saying random weird stuff to people. There’s a term for this kind of person in Spanish. “agua fiestas”. A lot of people were leaving half way through the night because it wasn’t a queer night like they billed it to be. The sound is pretty bad except right at the front. Lights are nice and nice interior. Okay priced drinks. But if they bill it as a gay or queer night, just know that is most definitely not...

Nos llevamos una gran decepción a la hora de ir por primera vez, íbamos a ver a un cantante el cual ya habíamos pagado la entrada anticipada, a la que llegamos de los primeros, la sala estaba vacía, habían mesas y sillas pero supuestamente estaban todas reservadas, cuando en internet no te daba la opción de poder coger entrada con mesa, si no que era por orden de llegada. Total nos dicen que nos pueden poner una mesa pequeña con taburetes pero que tiene que ser con botella 150€ después de haber pagado 22€ por entrada, íbamos 4. En total todo 238€ Saben cuanto duro la actuación? Una hora de reloj. Hicieron fatal la gestión, el concierto tenía que ser a las 21:30 y empezó una hora mas tarde. Y acabó a las 23:30. Podemos entender que no siempre puede salir todo bien, lo que no entendemos es el trato que tuvieron todos los trabajadores del local, unos cara de perro excepto un camarero morenito. Nos levantaron de ahí a prisas correr, con toda la bebida en la mesa, botella casi llena, etc. Que nos pusiéramos en la barra de muy malas maneras que empezaba otro espectáculo que nos teníamos que ir lo antes posible, si no tendríamos que pagar esa entrada. Ni terminarnos la copa que nos tuvimos que ir. No lo recomiendo para nada, juegan con el dinero de las personas y tienen empatía cero vaya unos sin vergüenzas. Encima saliendo vimos y escuchamos como no querían pagar a los cantantes lo acordado. Os puedo asegurar que si esto pasa en nuestra ciudad la cosa no hubiera acabado como acabó, Pero abusáis porque sabéis que estabais muy bien respaldadas por los seguratas sobre todo tú camarera rubia, que lo mismo te crees que lo...

Went on a Wednesday for an event called Juicy Sessions and boy was I in for a treat! It is a very stacked jamming session with outstanding musicians coming on and off stage for about 2 hours.
