I recently went to dinner at Restaurante Ablanedo with my family, an elegant and spacious restaurant in the centre of Madrid. This restaurant is known for its delicious Asturian cuisine and its good quality-price .

The ambience of Restaurante Ablanedo. It is a very cosy restaurant, you feel at home. The decoration is elegant, it is simple and very characteristic of Asturias. The waiters and the cook were very friendly and attentive to any need we had. In addition to recommending us the best dishes from the menu and some of the special dishes they had that day

The menu at Restaurante Ablanedo offers a wide range of traditional Asturian dishes. We tried the fabada asturiana to share and the cachopo which was a very abundant and delicious dish with crispy homemade chips. We also tried the burrata salad, which had a homemade taste that I loved, it was beautifully plated. The chocolate couland was a very good choice to end our great meal.

I thought the value for money was very good, considering the quality of the dishes and the service we received.

We had an unforgettable experience at Restaurante Ablanedo. The food was delicious, the atmosphere welcoming and the service unbeatable. I recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an Asturian restaurant in Madrid. A perfect restaurant to go with the family and share dishes.

The best meal we had during our four weeks in Madrid!! Actually, the best meal we had in our two months of European travels so far.

This place is a must stop. They recommended the cachopo con sus patatas to us, it fed three of us as our main entree and was absolutely amazing.

House wine was a crazy good price too! And the service amazing.

We only have a few days left in Madrid but are talking about coming back at least once...

El restaurante está muy bien montado, se está muy confortable. Pedimos tanto platos de carta como de fuera de carta y todo para compartir. La ensaladilla está realmente buena, llamando la atención el sabor de la mahonesa porque es como la que puedes hacer en tu casa. Riquísima. Seguimos con unos bocartes fuera de carta que estaban muy ricos y perfectamente hechos. Este pescado lo arruinas con quince segundos más de fritura de la debida. De ahí el mérito de clavarlos. Las croquetas (en nuestro caso de rabo de toro) son sencillamente espectaculares. Qué sabor a casero y que crujiente. Y rematamos con un cachopo. Espectacular, de los mejores que hemos probado. Nos atendieron y nos aconsejaron estupendamente. En resumen, volveremos. Lo único a tener en cuenta es que las raciones son generosas. Salvo el cachopo que es descomunal, como debe ser. Y, si, como podéis imaginar, nos tuvieron que poner en un tupper el cachopo que sobró (más de la mitad y eso que éramos tres) así como las croquetas que...
