We drop by often; but yesterday evening was disappointing. The service was great as always, but what we didn’t appreciate is the waiter asking us to give a 5-star rating in return for “chupitos” (which apparently they had run out of). I can understand we need to drive up ratings as businesses, but I’m not sure this is the right strategy the management of Tagliatella is adopting. The ambience is nice for a restaurant in s mall setting. The décor is classic. The service was ok, I wouldn't say amazing but it was fine. The issue was that after we finished eating, they asked us about 3 tones if we want any coffee or dessert until we ordered the bill. The pasta was amazing to be fair. Este local lo suelo frecuentar bastante ya que creo que tiene muy buen producto calidad precio. La cantidad es abundante y con un plato más un postre has comido bastante bien.

El personal es bastante atento y simpático. Son rápidos aunque haya bastante gente en el restaurante.

Para compartir mis acompañantes y yo pedimos una Calzone Barese la cual está muy bien si te gusta el contraste de lo dulce y lo salado.

De plato principal pedí algo clásico, unos ravioli de carne con la salsa ragú antico, no me gustó mucho, sabor muy potente a tomate y se te hace pesado según vas comiendo. Cabe destacar los platos de mis acompañantes, sin duda es un acierto el Risotto Ibérico y los Triangoli con salsa Tartufo al Parmigiano.

Para finalizar la comida, nosotros pedimos postres por el capricho de comer algo dulce y mi recomendación es el Caffé Gustoso si quieres probar un poco de todo, o el Limonemisú si te gusta salirte un poco del clásico Tiramisú pero quiere esa cremosidad del mascarpone.

Antes de terminar la reseña, he de añadir que hay un plato que me suelo pedir en cada visita y que es muy llamativo aparte de delicioso. Se trata de la Pizza Salmonata Genovese, para mi es casi obligatoria.
