As far as Lebanese food goes, they've nailed it. It's authentic and of great quality. My big disappointment is with the prices. It is excessively expensive. Mezze is all about sharing several plates, and each will set you back more than 10€, so it's too expensive to enjoy a Lebanese experience with a few mezze plates. It's a little bit odd that a small plate if hummus costs 10€! Having said that, the food was excellent and I enjoyed it all. And the desserts are to die for. Authentic and Delicious Experience at Feroz – Madrid We tried several dishes at Feroz and the experience was absolutely amazing. The burger was incredibly tasty, and the double portions were spot on. Even the other appetizers weren’t too heavy – they were light, sweet, and enjoyable. We also had the kharouf mahchi and mixed grills, which was truly outstanding and full of flavor. The behavior of the waiters was just bad - they are only interested to collect the money when you come and then they ignore you. You can keep asking for water or drinks or food or napkins and they won't pay attention. When I asked for paper napkins when red wine fell accidentally on my jeans, the waiters refused to give me anything and just went away. If the owners are seeing this - I am very very disappointed - this is my 1st experience of Lebanese food and people and you have set a very low standard...
