Goiko — Restaurant in Madrid

I've visited this Goiko Grill twice. The first time I visited, we got outstanding service. The second time, we went for the Goiko Menu at midday. There were three of us, and we all ordered the Goiko Menu, which comes with a drink, the hamburger of the day, and dessert. We all ordered different levels of doneness for our hamburgers. I ordered medium, another ordered well-done, and another medium-well. The waiter gave me the well-done burger, my friend who ordered well-done got the medium well-done burger, and another friend who ordered medium-well got the medium burger. We didn't complain but were disappointed in the lack of attention to detail. Why ask us how we wanted our burgers cooked if the waiter wasn't going to ensure we got the correct burgers? From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere at Goiko was warm and inviting. The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about the food. I ordered the Kevin Bacon burger – and wow, it exceeded all expectations. Juicy, flavourful, and perfectly cooked, it was hands down one of the best burgers I’ve had in ages.

The fries were crisp and seasoned just right, and the homemade sauces added a brilliant touch. Portion sizes were generous, and everything tasted fresh and high-quality.
