Convenient location next to the train station, but food was just ok and not worth the price tag. The veal we ordered was so extremely salty, but it was a huge portion. The appetizer portions were very small. The service was also just ok as it felt like we were being taken advantage of as tourists with limited Spanish skills. I clearly stated "agua de grifo" and "tap water" when asked what we wanted to drink, but was ignored and brought a bottle of mineral water instead, which I knew is not free. Ok fine, but then in the middle of the meal, the waiter asked if we wanted more water. Never have I observed this in any Spanish restaurant during our trip, so it felt like the waiter was just trying to find a way to charge us more. In other nice restaurants across the country, waiters have stopped us if we order too much, but our waiter did not do this and continued to push dessert when I stated that we no longer wanted it (in Spanish). We would not visit places twice on a short trip and when there are 1000’s of places to choose from but this local restaurant was fantastic. Friendly local staff, a great tapas menu plus other super dishes and of course lovely wine. Patatas bravas is always a good indicator in our opinion for what the rest of the menu will be like and theirs are some of the best we have tried. We tried a great selection which were fresh, well cooked and good sized portions. The restaurant bar itself is set in a style of post industrial with red brick and stone on the walls. UNA EXPERIENCIA TERRIBLE! Nunca pongo reseñas a los sitios a los que voy. No tengo esa costumbre. Y mucho menos lo malo, normalmente con no volver es suficiente. Pero lo de este sitio ha sido su realista. La comida, aceptable, aunque cabe decir que ración relación precio cantidad, un robo. Si quieres pasar hambre, adelante, es tu sitio. Hemos vivido una situación muy desagradable. De repente hay un hombre en ese comedor conocido por el equipo del local el cual está en un estado de embriaguez terrible. No solo se le deja entrar a sembrar un espectáculo terrible e incordiar, que encima, se le anima proporcionándole más alcohol. El sentido de la responsabilidad lo tienen completamente olvidado. Te incordian, te cortan el buen clima en una cena debido a esta situación, ven que la gente abandona la sala por no aguantar tremendo calvario, y sin mucha queja y por favor, pides un cambio de mesa, lo tenia en el cogote, y la respuesta es un no, ahora se tranquilizará. Con mesas vacías por cierto. Tenemos que aguantar un vacileo constante por parte de tremendo personaje, y lo solucionan con más vino. 0 intención de mejorarnos la experiencia, todo lo contrario, parecía hasta divertido. Un pasotismo terrible. Poca implicación y 0 cuidado con el cliente. Un momento muy incómodo, que además, desencadena en que sin decir nada, recibimos insultos y amenazas por parte de semejante individuo. A su favor, diré que probablemente había olvidado hasta su nombre. El personal, ni con una disculpa sin ser capaz de tomar ningún tipo de decisión o arreglo, adiós muy buenas.
