The food here is excellent, the sole meuniere is amazing, as is the lamb leg. Very good at catering for gluten free. The few poor reviews here are not deserved. It is common practice in Spanish restaurants to charge a cover fee which includes bread, and those complaining about prices - you had a menu before ordering?! Those complaining about the sun/heat - it's Spain?! We've been coming here as a family for several years now and it's terrible to see what has become of one of my favourite restaurants. I'm not going to sugarcoat it, it's become an english retirement preservation as many other places in the area. The owner will calmly sit people down in front of you queuing behind you who don't have a reservation and then after 25 minutes of waiting will very nicely chat you up if you need it. A nice, relaxing, very traditional Spanish restaurant quite rare in this area, bit old fashioned but in a nice way. Good food, friendly and efficient service, linen table ware, reasonable prices, always greeted with a complementary glass of fino.
