The experience would have been okay if it wasn't for this scam they have of making people pay for a bread they did not ask for. The view is nice, the food is not bad but we left angry and disappointed

Tha man came with a basket of bread and we rejected it immediately but he left one at our table anyway We did not touch it and when the bill came, there were two breads there €2 each We could have paid just to not go through this embarrassing moment of reviewing the bill but as I don't think it's fair, I told thm we did not eat any bread and asked to remove it from the bill

The waiter went to change it and came back with another bill with one bread on it and I told him we did not eat it. His answer was: but you did not say no (I ACTUALLY DID)

At the end, they killed the whole experience of being at their restaurant for nothing Earn €2 but lose clients that will never come back

You can see from the proprietor's response that they have a bad service through the whole experience.

I have looked up about service laws in Spain and it's forbidden to charge people for anything they have not ordered and not consumed. If you'd put an expensive bottle of wine on our table (WITHOUT ASKING IF WE WANTED) and we haven't touched it, would you charge it to our bill? Anyway, I won't waste my time with this company anymore, and be sure the complaint is not about €2. It's about what you're offering as experience to your customers. And don't worry, we found other places with better service and still with a nice view. Good luck losing customers...

Fillet steak was huge and amazing! Veg was cooked beautifully and the chips were very good. If I could change one thing, I'd make the chips bigger, like a good home cooked chip, but that's not a complaint, they were good, it's just a preference thing. The salads we had, I forget the names were very big, they were in the starter section, we used them more as a sharing starter and saved them for the mains, we still didn't finish them. Loads on there, certainly a huge portion for one. Service was fantastic, very attentive! Food was immense! 3 of us all had steaks with different cooking preferences, and they were bang on. We ordered a starter to share ,octopus,we have been waiting for it 30 min,when it came it was hard ,dry and within tanto!the service was disoriented,no one came to pour our wine or water but the restaurant was empty ,when we complained about our octopus the waiter argued with us and had bad attitude after that ,we felt unwelcome (((we left a tip at the end but they were ungrateful (((We have eaten a lot of octopus and always soft and tasty.
