Beautiful juices. Everything we tried, we enjoyed. Wonderful flavours, fresh, healthy and a menu that is impossible to order from because so many good options. We waited a bit to order, but once the server came she was lovely and very attentive. Like some other reviews have mentioned, portions are on the smaller side, but we found it quite suitable for lunch time.

Edit- returned again to 11:11, on for an early dinner around 7pm (19:00) there was 2 other people outside and no one eating inside at the time.

After 10 min, we ordered 2 juices, guacamole and for our main, ceviche and chicken skewers. The juices took 15min to come out which was ok, we weren’t super thirsty.

The guacamole was very fast out, 35 min later my main came out. Nothing for my partner. Another 25 min later he got his 2 chicken skewers.

So we sat essentially for 1 hour for him to get his food. Again- not many people there.

We asked a waitress about 10 min after mine came out if his was forgotten, and she said she would check and then she just avoided us.

When the food came out the server said something along the lines of “he thought we ordered it for two so it took longer”. Which really made no sense.

Honestly, had they taken care of the drinks or his meal it would have been ok, maybe a coupon for next time… nothing. We’re usually extremely good tippers but this was for sure our most unusual (and bad) service after living here a year. We were there for nearly 2 hours for essentially a couple appetizers??

Drinks were great. Guac was good. Ceviche was nothing impressive. The chicken...

So… I will give 3 stars for now. I’ve been at 11:11 probably 5 times, mostly for the aaamazing pisco sour. Each time I returned I was hoping that maybe I was unlucky with the food that day or with a particular dish, but eventually I realized that the majority of the food is simply tasteless or mediocre.

The tacos (both fish and meat) and meat dishes have zero taste. I’m sorry to say, even though I’m not Mexican, I make 100 times better tacos at home

Ceviche is beyond acidic and has an insane amount of onion

Falafel is so so. Additionally it arrived cold. Please send the chef to any of the Arabic restaurants in the area for some culinary inspiration

Chicken skewers served on rice with raisins; the rice is delicious but the chicken bland and dry

The most delicious dish is the salmon. Guacamole with nachos and hummus are great too.

We brought some friends for a dinner few months ago and they were just as disappointed with the meat as we were (we’ve had probably 5 different meat dishes and lots of appetizers). Other friends who’ve been at 11:11 say that they loved the drinks and venue, but all agree that the food lacks flavor. For locals and people who dine at places like Breathe, Nota Blu or similar trendy spots, it’s simply a letdown.

Guys, you have a great location, stunning design, magical garden and a very friendly staff, so it’s such a pity the food is not up to the same standard (this also in reference to many similar reviews). I hope you can make some improvements and that I will be able to change my review next time I crave your delicious...

While the setting was undeniably beautiful and full of promise, unfortunately, the service fell short of expectations.

Despite ordering our cocktails early, we waited over an hour and never received them. We followed up multiple times and were repeatedly told they would arrive “in a minute,” but there was no acknowledgment of the delay or any proactive communication from the staff. Eventually, we decided to leave, feeling quite overlooked and disappointed.

When we informed the staff member in charge of our decision to leave, we were met with a shrug rather than any form of apology or concern. Meanwhile, other guests around us appeared to be receiving their food and drinks promptly.

To be clear, we don’t mind waiting for quality food, as we had already been served the tzatziki and hummus starter(which were lovely) - but what was most disheartening was the lack of attentiveness, accountability, or even a simple apology.

It’s a real shame, as the location is stunning and clearly has potential. I would strongly recommend investing in service training for the team to ensure all guests feel valued and well...
