Rude, dishonest service and high price. I ordered a roll/bread with poppyseeds, and got in exchange a roll/bread with hardly any poppyseeds in it and filled with a mix of other ingredients (likely nuts, dried fruits). When I made the order, we spoke about the filling. I asked if they put sugar in the poppyseeds. At no point did the owner specify that in their version of poppyseed-filled bread/roll, they use other ingredients too in the filling. For a bread priced at 25 EUR, one would expect clarity especially as I stressed I was looking for the bread/roll with poppyseeds. To make it worse, when I wrote an email to express my surprise and disappointment, mentioning that had I known that poppyseeds were not the main ingredient, I wouldn't have ordered the bread, the answer was rude and placed the blame on the customer for not asking what else would be in the filling, adding comments such as: "you should bake your own bread", and "you only have yourself to blame". Odd behaviour, and certainly neither respectful nor customer-orientated. It seems with the argument "we use an old Polish recipe and you should know what that is", this cafe has carte blanche to sell something as something that is not, and treat customers - to put it mildly - poorly. What an excellent find! Fantastic coffee, fresh orange juice and huevos del horno Everything is home made, with excellent attention to detail and super friendly service. The cafeteria is very tastefully decorated and in a tranquil location with adequate spacing between tables. Most importantly we felt safe here in terms of Covid precautions, the straw was brought in a separate glass to the orange juice and the bathrooms were impecable in terms of higiene. We'll...
