Great Food, But Room for Improvement at Asador Nagueles.

My experience at Asador Nagueles was largely positive, with some minor aspects that could elevate it further. The quality of the food was outstanding—each dish was full of rich, authentic flavors and cooked to perfection. You can tell they take pride in sourcing high-quality ingredients and preparing them with care.

However, the presentation of the dishes could be improved. While the flavors were on point, the visual appeal was a bit lacking, which is something that could really elevate the dining experience.

Additionally, the staff could be more attentive. While they were friendly enough, a little more focus on service would have made the overall atmosphere feel even more welcoming.

That said, the food quality alone is reason enough to visit. With a few tweaks to presentation and service, Asador Nagueles could easily become a top contender for those seeking both great food and a complete...

The staff was very professional, friendly and the service was fast. A 10 for the waitresses!! The food ranged from good to excellent. We had a variety of meats, all excellent.... solomillo, lomo alto, ribs....all come with generous sides. The grilled pulpo was excellent too. On the other hand , other things were simply good, maybe slightly overpriced, like the drinks, croquetas or the brownie. The fried ice cream however was amazing. The menu is smaller then the old Cabaña Naguelles which is a shame and they were out of certain things on the menu, which was strange since we had our reservation earlyish.

I usually don't write reviews, but I couldn't pass by this one. An incredibly delicious restaurant. I'm ready to come every day for the grilled artichokes, tomato salad and Provolone cheese. Great idea with a secret dish, we got the best steak tartare that I've been looking for for two years, even the Grill Marbella Club doesn't have such a tartare. Special thanks to the chef for the meat. Definitely the best meat restaurant with ridiculous prices! Many thanks to the girls Carolina and Vika for helping us find more chairs for our big company, a plate for the baby and being kind to us. I'll be back...
