On our visit to Beher in Marbella on 11 of September 2022 at around 11:00 we visited your shop who has a good reputation for their quality products. In this occasion we were really disappointed, specially me as I work in Hospitality. This is not the first time my mother visited your stablishment. My mother recommend me to have some breakfast as she really likes Beher. Our first obvious impression is that there is a shortage of staff as we noticed the erratic speed of the waitress trying to attend everyone, we were very understandable we let her know that we don't mind to wait. She looked exhausted to the point of nearly collapsing due to the running to attend clients on time. Obviously there where clients who complained but were aware of this situation. When she finnally was able to attend our table she was having an anxiety attach. We thought we need to call an ambulance. We really request not let your staff to not be treated in such a way, they deserve respect and care. We left very worried and sorry for her wellbeing of your waitress. Is been a difficult situation to forget easily, my mother insisted to complain to Head office. We really hope she is well. I am in shock. I really hope is doesn't happen again for the good reputation of your company. Please do something about it sooner the better to keep your waiters and not having new ones all the time as my mother notice as well....
Read moreWent with my wife for a quick bite to eat. Sat outside and ordered the platter and a glass of wine and coke. My wife & I had just finished the platter. So far so good. Where we were sitting, I can see inside at the bar and to my left the toilet. One of the staff was having a break with a lady and they were both sitting at the bar eating McDonald’s. At this point I thought ok, no big deal even though we can smell the McDonald’s. Now the plot thickens. The waiter that served our platter went to the toilet to pee and left the door open. I thought how rude not closing the door for us to watch him pee. Now, when he finished, he walked out still zipping up his trousers in front of us and wiping his hands on his apron. I can only assume he was wiping his excess pee as he did NOT wash his hands! NO WASHING HANDS! This is the waiter that served us our platter of ham with his hands!...

We visited Marbella with my daughter and stopped in El Patio de Juan, which was on our way to have something small to eat. We were pleasantly surprised with the friendly service! The waitress kindly advised us of different kinds of food, which we took to share trying to taste several dishes... Everything was very tasty and the chef took into account all our wishes/ egg and sauces were served separately.../ Plus they have a very good selection of the best Spanish jamón and cheeses, that you can buy to go. We will definitely visit it again and highly recommend it...
