From the moment we stepped in, we knew this was going to be a special meal. The restaurant is small and intimate, so a reservation is a smart move. Outside seating is limited to just a few narrow tables, so if you can, grab a cozy spot indoors – it’s much more comfortable.
We kicked things off with Padron peppers (not on the menu, but worth asking for). They were so addictive that we ordered a second round without hesitation. Next came perfectly cooked calamari and ox burgers – every bite bursting with freshness and authentic Andalusian flavor.
Dessert was the famous San Sebastian Basque cheesecake. It arrived topped with pistachio paste and jam – interesting, but honestly, this cheesecake shines brightest on its own. If you go, I recommend asking for it plain to fully enjoy its creamy perfection.
As for drinks, the sangria wasn’t the standout of the evening, but it was refreshing enough to complement the meal.
Overall, a must-visit for anyone looking to experience top-notch traditional Andalusian cuisine in Marbella. Delicious food, warm atmosphere, and a place I’d return to in...
Read moreI waited two months to get a reservation, and honestly, it was absolutely worth it! I had high hopes for this place since it’s one of the few—if not the only—spots offering a menu that really stands out from the rest. They break away from the usual tapas (which are delicious, but can get repetitive after a while). Not only was the food truly incredible, but the service was top notch. We were attended to right away, and the waiter clearly enjoys what he does—always attentive, making sure we had everything we needed, instantly refilling drinks, and offering amazing recommendations.
We had grilled octopus, ribeye with peppers and potatoes, steak croquettes served with chocolate sauce, and wagyu “fake nigiri” with quail egg. Each dish was better than the last and also they all came with a little show and explanation about it which was really interesting —I’ve never tasted anything like it. I highly recommend it and we’ll definitely be back!
We had 4 beers and an Aperol Spritz to drink. The total was €110 for three people,...
Read moreThe place itself is quite small, located on a narrow street that doesn't seem that special at first. But don't let this fool you, because the food is excellent! On our 3 day stay in Marbella we ate here twice, it was that good. I fell in love with their croquettes and delicious pork grill with mango chutney sauce. The service was very fast one day but slow the other, due to the almost packed restaurant. The Sangria was just ok, nothing crazy, but the food is the real star of the show. Oh, and did I mention it has great prices? I recommend to pay them a visit, it's...
