I cannot recommend this restaurant due to both the poor quality of the food and the highly disrespectful service. My family and I ordered a tapas selection, which was placed on our table without any explanation of what the dishes were. We did try everything, and I informed the staff that we didn’t like the food. Instead of addressing the issue, they immediately took the plates away. The first dish consisted of chicken stew, beef stew, cold potato salad, goat cheese on a piece of white bread, and another piece of bread with sardines. Four of the dishes were stew-like or soup-like, and we were expected to eat them without bread. The bread itself arrived 15 minutes after the plates had already been removed.

The replacement dish was a meat platter that cost nearly €17 and was equally disappointing. The meat was full of hard, unchewable fat. The cheese platter was simply 10 slices of the same cheese, which was far too strong for my wife and child. The salami was dripping with fat, and the olives had no seasoning or flavor at all.

Despite all these problems, we were charged for everything, including the dishes they took away without hesitation. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was told, "You take it, you pay." The attitude of the staff was shockingly dismissive, and they showed no interest in resolving our concerns.

What’s most telling is the restaurant’s defensive response to my review, attempting to claim my experience is "wrong." It’s clear they are more interested in arguing with customers than addressing genuine feedback. We tried everything, and we were polite throughout, even though the service and food quality were far below what anyone should expect.

I strongly suggest they reconsider how they treat their guests and take responsibility for the quality of both their food and service. Any attempt to discredit this review will simply highlight their...

Last night, on Thursday, October 12, 2023, I found myself in Marbella, navigating the maze of tourist trap restaurants in the old town. Amidst the confusion, I stumbled upon a charming restaurant adorned with flowers. Upon entering, a courteous staff member led me to a table, where I was served by Daniella, a helpful waitress. She recommended a delightful drink called Tinto de Verano. When it came to ordering, Daniella informed me about a special offer: 6 Taps for 12 euros. I opted for 2 anchovies, 2 meatballs, Crab Salad, and Goat Cheese with strawberry. Additionally, inspired by a neighboring table, I decided to include a Caprese salad and a beef burger. The food arrived promptly, and the experience was delightful. The anchovies were incredibly flavorful, complemented by the perfect blend of crispy and soft bread. The meatballs, served in a rich tomato sauce, were delectable. While the Crab Salad and Goat Cheese were decent, the Caprese salad needed a touch more salt. However, the Andalusian Burger stole the show – juicy and seasoned to perfection. My overall experience at Mia Café was excellent. Our waitress, Daniella, was not only friendly but also helpful , enhancing our dining experience. I highly recommend asking for her to make your visit memorable. I give this...

Went here for dinner with family, the restaurant was very busy however the waiters managed to accommodate us. The service was good, however, the food was rather mediocre. We ordered two bowls of patatas bravas as starters and even 30 minutes later did not receive any. When reminding the waiter, he said he would check on that for us but neither bowl of them never came.

The meals came long apart from each other, which is understandable as it was busy but the whole table had almost finished eating until my brother was finally served his burger. And the food itself was very mediocre; the salmon was ok and three of us got steaks which we asked for as medium rare- all three came to us well done and tasted bland . The burger however, was quite good but came too late and was not worth the wait

Maybe we attended at a bad time but would not recommend this restaurant it terms of food quality however it is pretty cheap compared to other restaurants in the busy Marbella...

This place has some of the best tapas I have ever eaten. I got the tapas plate and I had the option to choose the tapas myself or get what the kitchen serves and I went with the kitchen's option. They were all good, but by far the best were the meatballs with tomato sauce, the chicken curry and the tortillas de patatas. I recommend getting these as a full pate if you are hungry. All three of them were extremely flavorful and melt in your mouth delicious. We went when the place was full and the service was a bit slow, but we didn't mind the wait because we noticed that there was only 1 server who did pretty much all the work. Keep this in mind if you are on a tight schedule. 100% worth the wait for the above mentioned dishes.

A Marbella favorite we kept coming back to! We visited this restaurant several times during our stay, and every visit was just as good as the last. It’s perfectly located on one of the most beautiful streets in the Old Town, so yes—it can get busy and you might have to wait, but trust me, it’s worth it. Over multiple visits we tried: tuna tartare, pil-pil prawns, mini burgers, patatas alioli, patatas bravas, and of course padrón peppers (not on the menu, but we asked—and as newfound fans of this dish, we were lucky to get them). Each time, we paired our meal with their sangria. After trying it once, there was no going back—it’s perfect. Highly recommend this spot, and I’ll definitely be back on my next trip to Marbella!
