I bought 2 necklace's and one of them after one day broke so i take it again to the shop and i faced A VERY RUDE EMPLOYEE SHOUTING AND SHE WAS SO AGGRESSIVE and she she told me that she will replace it and she gave me a shorter one i told here it looks a bit shorter she said no its the same and when i went back home i realized thats she lied to me and its shorter and i paid for the long one and she said its the same price which its not and I don't care i want what i bought when i go back home i see the receipt and the picture it was different so i go back again to her and she was telling me I don't have anything that can helps u and they are all the same and i will not exchange it to u take the old one and go! PS i have all the evidence I really was upset and i really not recommend it! Hopefully the owners read my comment
