We have been loyal customers of Nuta Blu for several years and have dined there four times this year and many times last year. Unfortunately, our recent experiences have been extremely disappointing.

During our third visit, one of our guests suffered from a severe case of food poisoning after dining at the restaurant. On our fourth visit, we informed the restaurant manager about what had happened previously, but it seemed our feedback was not taken positively.

During that last visit, when the main courses were brought to the table, there were still appetizers on the table. Instead of clearing the plates herself, the waitress pushed one of our guests and asked him to move the dishes. He politely replied that this was not his job and that she should clear the appetizers before serving the main course.

At that moment, the owner personally brought the main courses, overheard my friend’s polite response, and immediately raised his voice, accusing my friend of being disrespectful. This was shocking and I was in front of all the people in the restaurant, as my friend’s tone was calm and respectful and he was talking to the one who was setting next to him before this accident happened, The owner even said, “If you don’t like it, your bill is on us.” We informed him that we had already paid the bill before arriving ( As per the policy to pay minimum charge €120 per person before attending and we were 8 people), and he insisted on refunding it but it didn’t happened we paid the bill with additional orders not been brought to our table.

I politely told him that it is the waitress’s responsibility to clear the table before serving the main course, not the customer’s. Unfortunately, instead of handling the situation professionally, the owner escalated the matter unnecessarily, As a result, my friend left the restaurant immediately and did not finish his dinner due to rude and I respectful treatment,

For a restaurant we have supported for years, this experience was extremely disappointing, both in terms of hygiene and customer service.

Over all, I don’t recommend to visit this...

TOO LONG BUT READ!!!

Very bad experience in general, please avoid this place if you want to avoid the fakest French hospitality representation in the world. First I will say that the saying don't judge a book by it's cover is very true about this restaraunt because on the outside it looks amazing, luxurios and everything that it should be. Before you enter there is a valet service that parks your car & then you arrive at the front desk where the hostesses check and take you to your reservation. In our situation they explained that they cant let one person in from our group because they were wearing shorts which we were totally fine with and that person went home to change and after that one hostess said to another in their native language which we understood to change our table from number 73 to number 116,but we were still fine because we are on vacation and we don't let ourselves bother with these uninmportant things. But then the horror started when we ordered our food and drinks. The server brought 3 out of 4 starters and when we finished them they brought the last one which was atrocious to think that we would combine french fries(for which the forgot to bring ketchup, mayo and mustard) with pasta(for which they forgot to bring extra parmesan),the truffle pasta was made with truffle oil and creme fraiche and no truffle in sight, the somelier tried selling us a more expensive wine under the excuse that the one we wanted was fruity when in fact he didn't know that there is a wine expert on the table sitting, also the staff reffered to us with "bro" and brother which is unnaccaptable in a place where you should dress and spend like a sir,and last but not least they charge tap water 6€ per bottle and the water smells like toilet water in my grandmothers village. Lastly the vallet asked for tips while the tip is 10% included in the bill. All things said horrible experince, too bad i can't rate...

We went to this restaurant to celebrate a friend’s 30th birthday, and what should have been a special night was completely ruined by the shockingly poor treatment we received. From the moment we arrived, the manager Ana was unbelievably rude and clearly lacks any sense of customer service or hospitality. She was filled with attitude and didn’t make us feel welcome at all. If she’s a reflection of the restaurant’s standards, then they seriously need to rethink their staff training.

One of our friends was kicked out for not meeting their dress code (which, by the way, is inconsistently enforced). He had to drive back home, change, and come back—this took over an hour! All of this could have been avoided if the restaurant had offered some kind of solution, like lending trousers, but instead, they suggested we go to a shop where the cheapest option was $350. Really? Is this how you treat paying customers?

What made it worse was that several people in the restaurant were wearing flip-flops, which I thought was against the dress code, yet none of them were asked to leave. So apparently, the rules only apply to certain people?

Overall, it was a nightmare experience, and Ana’s unprofessional behavior ruined what should have been a fun celebration. I would expect a response from the management to explain how this kind of treatment is acceptable. You seriously need to step...

Dined at Nota Blu, expecting a night to remember but it turned out quite the opposite. We booked ahead, yet were placed in a cold corner by a drafty window, making dinner uncomfortable despite indoor heaters. Our efforts to move were initially dismissed until we were finally reseated after persistent requests. The chilly ambiance led me to ask for a blanket, only to be met with a judgmental look before it was brought out, adding to the discomfort of the evening. The service didn’t live up to the high prices. A glass of Chablis (1er cru) for 25 euros (price of a bottle!) tasted off, and although the food was good, the hefty price tags of 30€ for starters and 40€ for mains seemed unjustifiable with the level of service we received. Getting the attention of waitstaff was a challenge, and our enjoyment of a delicious cheesecake was interrupted by a waiter too keen to clear our table before we finished. Our evening slightly improved at the restaurant’s cozy Blu Bar, offering a respite with its inviting ambiance and music. After spending 350€, one expects impeccable service and a delightful dining experience. Unfortunately, Nota Blu fell short of these expectations, leaving much to be desired. A beautiful venue doesn’t guarantee a satisfying visit.
