The quality of the coffee is as expected but service not up to Starbucks standards. Tables and floors dirty, rubbish on the tables and floored not being cleared, that we as clients land up doing it for the staff otherwise we wouldn’t be able to sit down to enjoy or drinks / food. This used to be one of my favourite spots for coffee months ago but to be honest prefer to get my Starbucks now at the Repsol station on the AP7 on my way here. A lot cleaner and at least the staff smile and are friendly. Even with almost no clients in the store, instead of cleaning up after the clients, the staff prefer to stand around and chat between themselves while they wait...

I like this location better than the old one. HOWEVER, THE PLACE IS ALWAYS DIRTY!! IN APRIL 18, 2025 FRIDAY 7:30 PM THE STAFF WERE VERY RUDE & TERRIBLE, I WAS GREETING HER AND SMILING WHILE SHE’S GIVING ME AWFUL LOOKS WHEN ORDERING WITH NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER.
