Foster's Hollywood — Restaurant in Marratxí

I have never in my life had a worse experience than in this restaurant. Where is the owner looking? The staff all had sour faces as if they were being forced to work there. We waited 15 minutes just to be seated while 80% of the tables were empty. Unbelievable. I am shocked to see ratings above 3 stars, because for the money they charge, you might as well eat out of a trash can. The burgers were the poorest I have ever seen – no lettuce, no pickles, no tomatoes. Basically just bread with meat. To be fair, the meat itself tasted okay, but it was so incredibly dry it was almost impossible to eat. They don’t even offer you a choice of sauces for the fries – we just got BBQ sauce, which I personally hate. The menu says drinks are free refills. When we asked the waitress to refill our glasses, she took forever. Our drinks were literally sitting at the bar for five minutes while three waiters wandered around doing God knows what. It honestly felt like everyone there was working for the first time – zero coordination, zero professionalism. Overall: absolutely awful experience. I will never come back and would never recommend this...

We had to take the line almost an hour, waiting to be served... I don't understand why there was a long queue while the waiters were just standing there and many were still tables unoccupied. While seated, we needed to wait another 20 minutes or so for foods to be served. They already served the kiddie food while ours were not yet served. My child already finished her food when they served ours. We ordered for back ribs and to our surprise, literally its only ribs left because the meat was scraped probably to put at their newest menu fries with shredded bbq meat.. We usually eat at foster's hollywood but didn't encounter such a horrible experience such as...

Ojalá que hubiera leído los comentarios antes de venir a cenar hoy, porque a pesar de los inesimos respuestas de la empresa a la que se los van a rectificar los problemas, es más que aparente que a nadie les importan los muchos quejos anteriores.

Que establecimiento más pésimo.

Para empezar, a llegar a las 19h13 tuvimos que esperar mucho en estar atendidos en la puerta - con un niño de 3 años - porque hubo (al parecer) un camarero sólo para recibir clientes, tomar pedidos, y entregarlos. Al estar atendidos, era sin salutation, sin sonrisa, sin ni lo más mínimo pelin de cortesía. Igual como cada interacción durante la 'experiencia' de hoy.

Una vez que (por fin) estuvimos sentados y alguien había aparecido para tomar nuestro pedido de bebidas, nos había negado tomar nuestro pedido de comida, a pesar de que ya sabíamos lo que queríamos. La razón siendo que 'hubo una mesa en frente'.

Habiendo esperado más que media hora para recibir nuestra comida, le preguntamos a una camarera por la comida. Menos que un minuto más tarde ya llegó la comida del peque (una casualidad? O tal vez olvidado en la cocina..?). Fría. Sin el tomate prometido en la carta. Unos 5 minutos después, la de mi marido y yo. También fría. Y sin sabor.

Realmente no tengo ni idea porque la gente frecuente este pésimo restaurante. La comida es malisima. El servicio es aún peor. Y a pagar 15€ por una hamburguesa fría que sabe de cartón es una vergüenza.
