Chapter One — Restaurant in Mogán

Actively can’t get served here. No queue, maybe half full at the tables, took 15mins to take my order for take out smoothie and then she very hurriedly took my order while making coffee and then after taking my order continued to start making sandwiches. I could’ve been there all day. I gave up after 25mins and I’m not sure she even noticed.

We also went 4 days ago and it was the same story. 50min wait to get our order taken. I had a poke bowl and it was surreal. Slices of cooked smoked salmon 🤣 and generally very low quality produce. The rice looked like it was days old.

Also, this is the same place as “El Cafe” listed in Google maps. Check out the 2.7* rating there too. It’s universally accepted. This place...

Sheatery. Just skip. Had something that was supposed to be a poke. Got glued rice with some salmon which freshness could be doubted on top. Any other garnishes were just there for the fact that poke should have them - some few hardly visible pieces were just poured on top. Evidently spoiled already. But, yeah, the owners surely understand that anyone eating here is just a bypasser and won't come back anymore. Pity we didn't see the score before...

Great for taking a coffee/frappé, staff behind the bar is friendly and fast. The problem is the food and the waiters on the terrace. We (group) were being seated on dirty tables, we saw that the waiter was looking at some food remains that were laying there (chicken and noodles), but didn’t clean it.
