Royal Beach gastrosenses — Restaurant in Muro

I hate being that person who has a bad personal experience in a restaurant and immediately goes onto social media platforms to slag it off. Maybe other people will have a better time here than I did. So please, if you want quite nice food served in an attractive environment in a great location, give this place a try. But for the benefit of the restaurant itself I would say; Please hire more staff (we waited 20 minutes without menus before getting up and getting them ourselves), then make sure the staff you do have are not downright rude (I'm referring to the middle aged man with silver beard and glasses who told me off for waving at him across the restaurant when I'd been actively looking for service for 15 minutes and had grown tired of being ignored) and sort out the disconnect between your main kitchen and your sushi kitchen which ended with me cancelling my salmon poke when it still hadn't arrived as the rest of my party finished their meals. The place was in an amazing location. However, the staff were very unfriendly and didn’t care about their guests. Me , my fiancé and brother in law went with the intention of having dinner but when we went to ask for a table they got annoyed by us for simply saying we didn’t have a booking. After when we were sat down we were given one menu to share between 3 whilst the table next to us had menus for each person. I would be understanding if they were busy but the place was not even half full. Then the waiters proceeded to attend multiple other tables which arrived after us. As an employee of a highly regarded members club in London I am truly abhorred by the service, considering I work in hospitality I consider my self very understanding to the employees of hospitality however in this situation I have no remorse. We spent the day on the beach and were excited to eat at a place for a late lunch. Yet, when we walked in we instantly did not feel welcome. No one greeted us informing us to either take a seat or wait a second for them to seat us. When we were seated they took us to the room that had no one in it (well, actually there was a dog sleeping in it) and sat in the back, unlit, corner. After noticing the way we were being treated and how they didn’t come back to us take take our order, we got up and left.
