My family and I went to Los Claveles on the last night of our stay in Alcudia. What a shame! We passed by this restaurant a few times, without realizing what wonderful surprises it offers. The key word is Alberto, the Chilean chef who prepares the best sirloin and t-bone we have ever eaten in Alcudia. This man loves what he does, and he does it exceptionally well, interacting in a friendly and kind way with consumers. He is very involved and follows the demands of customers, always adding new tastes to the ordered dishes with friendliness. Such as the Chilean sauce based on his family's recipe. 🥰 Not to mention the way the brandy is served with the final coffee.😜 It was the most delicious (unfortunately the last) evening of the vacation. Go to Alberto with confidence, among the "carnations", you will taste the best fresh meat dishes and more. I can't wait to come back next year!🥰 Greetings from Romania Alberto, and thanks again for the chef's hat that forces me to bring my cooking style as close as possible to yours. See you...
Read moreWe were led to a table promptly. Tomato soup was good. Ailoli was the best we had tasted. Encouraged to look at meat fridge and we were sold on the kebabs, they looked amazing. They started to bring out mains while starters were still being eaten. From the 1st bite of my pork kebab it was clear the meat was still raw and cold. It took several attempts to get their attention in order to let complain. At this point we were confronted by the Chef who had an aggressive attitude he took it away to recook. Just before they brought my meal back the other 2 people eating chicken kebabs found raw cold chicken. When we addressed this, the chef became more angry and he said it was only 1 peice on each skewer, we highlighted that these meats should not be undercooked at all.
I would not recommend this restaurant. We only paid for the drinks and starters and...
Read moreSuch a lovely place! We wandered here on our wedding anniversary and decided to dine here. They had delicious fresh fish dishes and my husband had the daily offer which was steak. He had to call defeat as it was such a large steak but he enjoyed what he did manage to eat. The offer was steak and a glass of wine for €21
The seafood was absolutely delicious. We had a bottle of wine which was €15 and one we normally drink at home. Food was very reasonably priced and the service was fast and great.
It was very quiet when we dined not sure if this was because it was out of season. We would most certainly come here again and I would recommend this place to eat.
We didn't have desert but they looked lovely in...
