La Torrecilla Restaurant — Restaurant in Nerja

Pésimo servicio, hace dos días estuve y pedí una sopa y zumos para mis dos bebes y sentarme a darles de comer, el camarero me niega una mesa por solo una sopa, dice que me quede en la barra. El local estaba vacío y exigí sentarme en una mesa. Al final me traen la sopa y sin cubiertos ni pan, solo el plato, pido una cuchara y me la traen, todo con malas caras y mal trato. Al pedir la cuenta al camarero le pedí hoja de reclamaciones y se queja, insisto y va a buscarla, el encargado se acerca y con malas formas me dice que el camarero nos ha dado un buen servicio que no nos trae la hoja, sigo insistiendo y nos grita que no nos trae la hoja que va a llamar a la policía, a todo esto ya estaba lleno el local y la gente mirando el espectáculo del personal hacia nosotras. Me quedo sentada esperando que llegue la policía o la hoja. Viene la encargada del negocio angustiada preguntando por qué quiero llamar a la policía que había pasado, yo alucinaba cada vez más con la situación y le cuento todo lo que ha pasado, ella muy avergonzada me pidió perdón por la mala atención y el mal trato porque estoy con dos niñas y no debió pasar nada de esto. Pago la cuenta y nunca me traen la hoja ya cansada de la situación me voy. Pésima atención y trato no lo recomiendo para nada, fui a conocer el lugar y me llevo un mal recuerdo de Nerja.

The service was awful, I went there two days ago and ordered soup and juice for my two babies and sit down to feed them, the waiter denies me a table for only one soup, says that I should stay at the bar. The place was empty and I demanded to sit at a table. Finally they bring me the soup and without cutlery or bread, just the plate, I ask for a spoon and they bring it to me, all with bad faces and bad attitude. When I asked the waiter for the bill I asked for a complaint sheet and he complained, I insist and he goes to look for it, the attendant approaches and in bad ways tells me that the waiter has given us a good service that does not bring us the sheet, I keep insisting and he shouts us that he does not bring us the complaint sheet that is going to call the police, for all this the restaurant was full and people watching the spectacle of the staff towards us. I sit waiting for the police or the leaf to arrive. The manager comes anguished asking why I want to call the police and what happened, I was more and more hallucinated with the situation and told her everything that has happened, she very embarrassed apologized for the bad attention and the bad treatment because I'm with two girls and nothing should have happened. I pay the bill and they never bring me the sheet already tired of the situation I'm leaving. I do not recommend it at all, it was a very bad...

A manager with the worst customer service imaginable. Such a shame as the location is fantastic. After ordering with a slightly confused waiter we were one burger short upon arrival. Fine, one one more please. No apology. A second burger turns up 20 minutes later only to have two animal hairs on it which we point out and say we'll leave it. No apology. It was only when going to the toilet with my 3 year old son was I angrily confronted by the female manager/owner who unapologetically tells me that there are no animals in her kitchen (but acknowledges there were hairs on it) and proceeds to slag off my son when walking away thinking I can't understand Spanish. Incredible and such a shame as we've come here many times over 15 years. She then continues to point to us from the bar telling us to go. Unbelievable! Can't give this place any stars at all. We asked for a table for two, the shouty waitress pointed to a table where we duly sat. The staff seemed well out of sorts about something, shouting at each other and waving their arms about. This shouldn't affect how you treat your customers though. We waited 20 minutes or so but still no attention given to us so we got up and left. We won't be visiting again, nor will any friends or relatives. This is a classic example of a beach side restaurant taking it's position for granted, "of course people will keep coming, see our location!"
