DASH — Restaurant in Nerja

My family of 9 chose DASH for our first meal together in a long time and we are very happy we did. The food here is delicious, we all ordered lots of different dishes and desserts and everyone enjoyed their meal, particularly the pizza and carbonara. The cocktails are very nice, some of them also come in fun glasses and they tasted great. You can also come for lunch as they have sandwiches etc.

The service is outstanding and probably one of the best we have received in Nerja, and we have visited Nerja for a long time now. Carlos, the waiter, is so friendly and attentive. He checked in with us for anything we needed and was so professional, even with us eating late at night when I’m sure he was tired, he did not show it at all.

The service was quick and the prices are very good too. The decoration is beautiful and the place is very clean. We said there would be a baby when booking and they already had the high chair ready. The booking was easy to make too.

Carlos explained that him and his father moved from the other side of Spain to Nerja without ever being here before to start their restaurant. Considering they haven’t been here long, the level of professionalism is very impressive and we are wishing them a lot of success with this. I have returned to this restaurant several times since I first went there. Its standards remain re-assuringly high as on my original visit. The owner, Carlos,is unfailingly polite and attentive. I’ve always found the food to be of the highest quality. The cost of the drinks are such that we thought there was an error in the final bill, that perhaps some were missing from the total. Having been all over Nerja trying to find a decent coffee I can say, with the utmost,honesty this is the equal best (with hibiscus) cappuccino/flat white in the whole town. The beans are excellent and the milk steamed perfectly. It was a real delight to drink a coffee at the end of the meal that tasted lovely. Family restaurant run by Carlos and his father Juan, frequented Dash on numerous occasions from Breakfast to Lunch and afternoon drinks. Great location a lovely relaxed atmosphere for conversations for meeting up with friends or casual dining out with family. Breakfast fantastic at €6, order the fresh Orange juice and the best Coffee I tasted in Nerja. We had Prawns Pil Pil, Baby Sqid etc for lunch and was excellent, try the Prawns Pil Pil not to spicy and delicate flavour.
