1. Waitresses don't care at all, if you have or need anything. They act like you are a ghost to them.
2. When finally somebody comes to get your order, other waitresses come and start talking something to them. As you would expect, we got our drinks wrong, because the one that was ordering didn't listen to what you are telling them.
3. Pasta was mediocre and pasta with seafood was contaminated with sand particles, as they didn't wash it properly. As for the Bruschettas, they were amazing.
4. Asking for the receipt 3 times (different waitresses) and waiting for it 15-20 mins all together just for the receipt does not make any sense. When we asked her last time, she replied with “mios dio” as like we don't understand.
5. All together, we spend two hours there and 2/3 of the time just waiting for something.
6. Never seen anywhere, that they would pick your dirty cutlery from plate (from starter food) and put them back on the table. They did not think about bringing the new clean cutlery at all.

Right next to this restaurant, there is La Bottega, which is a real 5/5 restaurant.

I expect that reply to this would be, that restaurant was full, so waiting time is longer, but many people that come after us got their food sooner and even left before we even received main course. It is also okay to serve your friends/family first, but please, do not act like we are bothering you.

We had the pleasure of dining here twice during our stay. We enjoyed our first visit so much that we eagerly booked a second for New Year's Eve. The service was exceptionally friendly and welcoming on both occasions. We were thoroughly impressed with the food. I personally enjoyed a pizza during my first visit and a burger on our return (I understand these are not particularly adventurous choices, but I'd been eating tapas for every meal and fancied a change 😅). The pizza was delicious, with a delightful topping of tuna and fresh prawns. My burger was juicy and flavorful. My mother savored Sole during our first visit, which she described as delicious, and salmon in a creamy red pepper sauce on our second. Had a really bad experience here, made worse by the staff. We were the first customers in the restaurant at 12.30pm when it opened - we had a baby with us and wanted to be quick. Our starters came out but then were totally forgotten to clear. It then took over 90 mins for two pizzas even with reminders to staff. They then tried to claim the chef was new, yet we’d watched multiple mains and pizzas come out for guests arriving far after us, Rather than apologise, they just sent new staff each time to deal with us and didn’t even acknowledge the mistake and no offer for Anything off the bill. Very unimpressed. Would not recommend.
