Restaurante Sakura — Restaurant in Ourense

We've been going to Sakura for over 2 years and we had never had a problem until today. They charged me for my 3 year old child, but in the past, she ate for free because she had half a plate of food or less. She said my daughter had many plates (not true) and she is more than 120 cm despite her being 97 cm. My problem is that the staff never gave us a menu with options or explained any terms and conditions. Yes, prices increase, or terms and conditions change, however, the staff nor the owner disclosed this change verbal nor written on the menu or on the door. Sakura They waited until I had to pay to make an example of me. I felt humiliated and tricked. They removed the child menu fee from the bill and it was resolved. If I had knew that I had to pay a child menu, I would have paid it most likely, or chose another another restaurant. I recommend that they give menus out when they show customers to their tables with the prices and terms and conditions. Wonderful place to have lunch! Buffet is open until 16:30 and you won't regret it, even if you're not a great sushi lover. There is a great variety of warm dishes, salads, deserts, and raw ingredients you put on your plate, hand it to the cook and get it back freshly cooked. Staff is very friendly, the place is clean and the price-value ratio is excellent. If you like Asian food you should definitely try this place. Una sorpresa que esto esté abierto! Ya al entrar te invade una sensacion extraña. Deberían tomar medidas con este tipo de "establecimientos porque realmente este lugar te hace apreciar las pequeñas cosas de la vida. Las toallitas limpias por ejemplo. No entro en tema de comida pq la mayoria esta descongelada y gomosa… que podría servir como neumático blando en la F1 y te aguanta toda la carrera… Arroz duro que puedia ser usado como armamento antidisturbios… Por el precio es lo que dan... Congelados de 2€ del super de al lado

Es imposible seguir ignorarando esa sensacion extraña, de horror. Habia algo que nos aterraba. Mirabamos de frente y era como una luz rosa sobrenatural. Si mirabamos de lado veiamos el color de ese dia inolvidable de cuando eramos jovenes. Era una bayeta. Tan pronto se limpian con ella, como limpian una mesa(esta prohibido) como se lo pasan por el sushi… No importa.

Tendra nombre la forma en que trabaja esta gente? La misma persona que recoge la comida sobrante de otros platos es la que repone el bufete y te trae el plato a la mesa. Eso si, antes se limpia con la bayeta. Todo el rato las manos en lo sobrante y seguidamente a reponer cosas limpias. Debe ser una clase de virus porcino.

Por el mismo sitio donde entra lo sucio a la cocina (lugar dnde se ubica la bayeta a veces)sale la comida del buffet y tu comida emplatada. Este sistema lo inventó Fraga cuando era ministro de sabiduría en el 64 para abaratar...
