There's this pastry that was born in Oviedo called "Carbayón" you must try. ( Which means oak tree in the locla language, and also the people from the region) : 3 fold puff pastry, ground almonds, and a sugar icing lemon and a hint of cinnamon.

For those who just want to have a taste, order the tiny "Princesita de Asturia" which is like a tiny version...
