B2 Playa Restaurant & Cocktail Bar — Restaurant in Palma

This was truly an awful experience. Two starters, Bruchetta & Nachos. Bruchetta had cheese on it - not mentioned on the menu, my partner has a dairy allergy. Nachos - cheese sauce & mince were stone cold. Nobody came back to check on us. Main courses arrived before plates had been cleared. One burger & one steak. Burger was cold, chips cold. Steak was raw, blood pouring out on the chips & salad. Waited 11 minutes until somebody acknowledged us despite numerous attempts to get somebody’s attention. Sent it back, steak returned…still raw. Nobody came Back to check how things were. Naturally the steak wasn’t eaten as it was still raw. Eventually the Maitre D’ came back to clear our plates, saw the steak asked what was wrong, we explained it was returned to the kitchen raw only to come back raw. He responded by saying “one moment”. No Apology, no offer of another steak to Be cook properly. No nothing. He didn’t return. We asked for the bill, it arrived & the steak still attached to the bill, which doesn’t shock me given how obvious it was that nobody actually cared that their guests meal was poor. They also included a tip into the bill - shocking. If you want cold & raw food then this is your place. The German couple who sat beside us asked us what happened, we explained & they left before their order was taken. Really really poor experience. So many opportunities to do better but failed on...

I do not recommend this place

The cocktails are not tasty, there is no alcohol in the cocktails and they are not prepared correctly. The worst pornstarmartini I've ever had . The large seafood platter is also not tasty and does not correspond to its price, very fatty and a lot of oil, after I ate it, I felt sick to my stomach and nausea, seafood were not tasty. Be prepared for the fact that if you want a plate of seafood on the menu, the price is 35€, but if there are two of you, you will have to pay 70€ for a tasteless meal. The waiters never approached us and asked if we needed anything.

This place is ACE. We went once and we went back and there are 100s of restaurants to choose from We tried alot and this one deserves a visit. Credit to the chef but also to the fact they they don't choose cheap ingredients ( price is very reasonable too ) perfect pizza, the Lasagne has to be one of the best I've ever tasted and we've been to Italy. Its up there with the best this place has to offer but be sure to get there early it gets busy and its not a large place. Well done guys really enjoyed my night. The waiting staff are also very polite and it seems they actually like working here. Music is great too. 👍 Don't leave without...
